He was a great listener and directed us to find just the sort of house we were looking for. My husband spent a Saturday in town touring homes with Lloyd, but the rest of our showings were virtual. I did not see our house in person until closing day and am so happy with what we chose. We love the neighborhood, and our home, and it is largely in part to Lloyd and his knowledge of the area.
