We were so fortunate to have found Mia Yarbrough to assist us with finding a place and making a purchase offer. Mia was so competent and through with her assistance with the writing of the purchase offer. She knew exactly what contingencies to include, the acceptable price, etc. After our offer was accepted, Mia was able to secure a pest inspection, a home inspection etc. She was present during the inspections so that she could explain to us the results. Mia also suggested an escrow company for us that provided a needed fast close. Mia was so helpful. She made our purchase so easy.
