She assured me that we could work together even with her not being here as she had a team to work with! Jeremy Rynders came for an interview with me. He came well prepared & was very professional. The second realtor that I interviewed was not as impressive. Needless to say, I went with Lifetime! Condo sold in 10 days. Even though Jackie was out of state during this whole process, I never had any issues communicating with Jackie or her team. Pictures that were taken were beautiful. The whole quick process went very smoothly! I would definitely recommend Lifetime Realty Group!

We had a stager come in, in one day, a photographer on the second day, and then listed the property on day three. That's efficiency. She knew what was needed to make the sale happen and gave us all the tools we needed to get our place in the best possible condition so it would show well and sell fast. Nick was great and showing the place at the open houses, And Rene was awesome when it came to getting everything in order to close. Despite a few hiccups during documentation for closing I was able to feel confident knowing that Rene was giving it her full attention it was always readily available to answer questions by phone or text.

Then, we decided to talk with one more, Jackie, a listing specialist. She had been recommended to us by our CPA, who had great results having Jackie handle selling her mom's condo and another house.At the conclusion of our meeting with Jackie, we told her we'd like her to list our house. That led immediately to meeting #2! Jackie was so easy to talk with and so knowledgeable that we knew we were in good hands. She knew what home improvements would be helpful and which would not.We had decided we would buy our out-of-state house first and then sell our Waukesha house. We wanted to have it staged (Jackie recommended a talented stager), painted (the stager recommended a great painter), and professionally cleaned before it hit the market.Jackie waited as the new house was being built in Tulsa and loved hearing about how it was coming along. We let her know when we were ready to list our WI house. She presented comparable sold houses and helped us price our house competitively for the current market.Our house was put on the market on July 6 and an open house was scheduled for the next day. We got a full-price offer on July 7 and accepted it on July 8!After that, we worked with Rene Ryan (a transaction specialist also with Lifetime Realty Group) as the house approached closing and then closed.We were very happy all along the way and highly recommend Jackie Voit to be your Realtor!

This was almost every week night and weekend for a few weeks. She went above and beyond by hiring a stager and photographer, who were also both amazing.
