ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jackie has been great. She gets back to me on the same day that I contact her. Was willing to switch from looking in Richmond to looking in Lexington. She is very presentable and always dressed well. Although she is not a home inspector, she actively points out problem areas that would need updating/fixing in the future. She's never been late to a house viewing even though there has been massive traffic. When we've made offers on homes she's always given us updates and keeping on top of the seller.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Jackie after she sold our son and his family their home. Good realtors are difficult to find in our experience. Jackie gave of her time and talent keeping in touch though various media to help us market our home. We didn't have to sell and were interested in downsizing. In the end we didn't sell, but in our case, it was the right move to stay put. Through the process of elimination we discovered we were already in the best situation for us. Jackie has had our best interest in mind throughout and we have gained a very good life-long friend. We recommend her services highly. If there were six stars, I'd choose them. ZillowVERIFIED We decided to sell our house and Jackie came highly recommended to us. She was prompt with the listings, signs and even set us up with open house in the 2nd week. She even gave us great tips on staging our home. While we did have several showings over the course of time, we decided to stay where we are for a while longer. When we took the house off the market, we thought she may be upset and feel that she had wasted her time but nothing could be further from the truth. She was just so glad that she could even help us to begin with and she was glad that we were happy with our decision. She just let us know that she was thankful we thought of her to begin with. We can see why she came so highly recommended to us. When we do decide to move, we will search her out again and have recommended her to those we know who are selling or buying. She's the best there is.

It was an arduous process for us since we had never been through the home buying process but Jackie did a great job of navigating the path for us and she made things much easier. She went way above and beyond in having to deal with a company in another country who wasn't always willing to quickly respond. It was the first time for me being away from my friends and family and everything familiar, needless to say, it was nerve wracking. I was so worried about finding a good home, in a good area, with good schools in a new place I knew nothing about. Jackie was our Godsend! I came with a list of 37...THIRTY SEVEN...houses that I wanted to look at. After driving around the first 2 days, we narrowed it down to around 20. Over the next several days, she showed us those houses and was so understanding when I said no because of something small. She would move on to the next and assure me we would find the house. The last day, last house...WE FOUND IT! My husband and I knew when we walked up to the front door (yes, that meant a lot!) As we walked through it, it became even better! We are so blessed to have an amazing house, 4 years old, lower end of our price range and, of course, having met and worked with Jackie!
