ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jackie was an absolute pleasure. She was intimately familiar with the areas that I wanted to tour, even though many of them were in very different parts of Tulsa and the surrounding suburbs. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she wasnt afraid of back-and-forth with other agents, even when some of those conversations were difficult (e.g., negotiation, delivery of agreed-upon items). Jackie was also very responsive, which was very important to me in the competitive market at the time. She typically responded immediately, or in minutes- not hours or days. She went out of her way to arrange multiple inspections (home, termite, structural) and virtual tours at my request, even when I was not able to be physically present. Plus, she did this by leveraging the highly knowledgeable people with whom she had existing working relationships- I didnt have to spend time and stress finding competent people. I recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie made the whole process of selling our house easier than we could have imagined. We sold the house within a week of listing it. The video produced showed the house to great advantage.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was very patient, listening to all of my requirements and waiting until I was in a position to actually list my house. In a little after a week of listing, I had a solid offer. In a little after a month of listing, we were closed. Jackie provided service well beyond all of my expectations. She's the best!

ZillowVERIFIED As an out of state investor, I called from a sign in front of the house and received a recording describing the house in detail. Soon afterwards Jackie, representing the Seller, phone me to see if I had any questions. Within a few hours Jackie and I were touring the home. Jackie told me that the Seller was a friend of hers, so at that point I figures there would be little room for negotiations. However, much to my delight, Jackie represented my concerns and needs quite well and even helped the Seller to realize that the roof did need to be replaced at Seller's cost. I could not have been more pleased with Jackie's integrity, feedback, honesty and looking after both seller and buyer best interest! Jackie made this deal happen with great professionalism and fairness. Jackie will be my Realtor for any future needs!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie did an amazing job finding me a perfect house. we came to her with less than 2 months to find us a home and she worked very hard to do so. She responded quickly to any questions I had and was available at any time to show a house for us. You're lucky to have an employee like Jackie Proffitt!

ZillowVERIFIED We wanted to move to the Broken Arrow OK area from the Dallas Fort Worth TX area. Jackie was recommended by the Homelight system as a top real estate performer so we contacted her. From the very beginning Jackie showed us the essence of being customer focused. Being from out of town, she made us feel completely at home with her skills and style and she was always willing to help us every step of the way by getting things completed for us so that we did not have to make multiple trips from the Dallas area to get things done. Thanks Jackie for making this part of our move effortless!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had my house on the market for 12 months with two different Realtors before Jackie Proffitt gave me a call and asked if I would please give her a chance to list my house. Honestly I was about to give up and just rent the house out, but Jackie's reassuring attitude that she could get my house sold made me a believer and I decided to give her a shot. I was truly amazed by the difference that Jackie brought to the table from the very beginning! The number of open house and showings increased from the very start, and within two weeks of Jackie being my realtor I had multiple offers!! She truly makes you feel like you're her only client, and on several occasions went out of her way to get paperwork signed! Jackie is everything you could ever want in a realtor and I can guarantee there is no one I would trust more to help me sell or buy a home through than Jackie Proffitt!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JACKIE!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie helped my locate a home for my parents to purchase. I live in Texas, my parents lived in Phoenix, and they needed to relocate to Tulsa. Jackie was referred to me by a mutual friend. We talked over the phone and I gave her my impossible criteria for a house, a short time to locate the house and to close, and coordinating the close with out of state parties. Jackie put a plan together, we worked the plan, and managed to find a house that exceeded the impossible criteria with a smooth timely close. I am truly grateful for the great job Jackie did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED The professional experience I had with Jackie was exactly what I needed. My house had been listed, with another realty company, for six months before Jackie became involved. The difference she made was remarkable. Her professional enthusiasm, helpful suggestions, and go-get 'em attitude were a breath of fresh air. With her knowledge and professionalism, the house was on the market not even one week before we had a contract!I would not hesitate to recommend her, and her team, to anyone looking for realtor services. My experience with her was, thankfully, a VERY positive one.

ZillowVERIFIED We was in CA. and called Jackie about houses. We set a date and cameout. We was on a time limit. After working with her on the phone we set a date to be in OK to look at houses we were showed on line. Got to OK meet with Jackie. She had everything set to go. After looking at several I wanted to she showed us one that she came a cross. We put an offer inon it and it was accepted all with in the same day. Knowing we only had a month before we would be here she worked with financing people and us.We was able to close on the house 31/2 weeks later.
