She was intimately familiar with the areas that I wanted to tour, even though many of them were in very different parts of Tulsa and the surrounding suburbs. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she wasnt afraid of back-and-forth with other agents, even when some of those conversations were difficult (e.g., negotiation, delivery of agreed-upon items). Jackie was also very responsive, which was very important to me in the competitive market at the time. She typically responded immediately, or in minutes- not hours or days. She went out of her way to arrange multiple inspections (home, termite, structural) and virtual tours at my request, even when I was not able to be physically present. Plus, she did this by leveraging the highly knowledgeable people with whom she had existing working relationships- I didnt have to spend time and stress finding competent people. I recommend her highly.
