Review Seven Offers in Four Days Two words of advice to anyone who is serious about selling their house, Jackie Ovad. Jackie is an award-winning realtor with Keller Williams. She posted a aEURoeComing SoonaEUR? preview of our home. Our official listing went live the Thursday after Easter, April 21st, and we immediately received seven offers. By April 24th, we accepted one of the offers. Everything was done in four days. Our settlement was May 20th, and the next day we drove by our former home for the last time. What happened before those four days is the real story. Jackie has a team of home improvement specialists that she works with exclusively. Review In a perfect world, realtors would be honest, hard-working, highly knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile (and beyond) for their clients. We found Jackie to be all that and much more. Of course she handled the basics well aEUR" listed the property, suggested the right asking price, arranged showings, and ultimately helped us secure the best offer at the highest possible price. But she went well beyond all that aEUR" well beyond what a typical realtor would do aEUR" because we were 2,500 miles apart throughout the entire process. She arranged to remove and dispose of everything in the house (a lot!), make necessary repairs, paint, clean, and stage the place, and otherwise do everything necessary to make sure nothing stood in the way of an on-schedule closing. Review Where do I start? Jackie Ovad was a gift from heaven for my wife and I. I found her thru Facebook advertising due to an unsatisfactory previous situation. We explained our situation and I sat back and listened. BOOM her knowledge, people skills, and ambition burst thru the phone and our 1st meeting. Jackie is very organized, detailed , focused and determined on meeting all of your expectations and beyond. She gave us a gameplan that fit our personal goals and went to work. Suggestions were made to help sell our home immediately. You can tell shes an expert in this industry by her contacts in mortgage industry, home improvement, inspections, home pests, plumbing, painting, photography, etc. Whatever you need shes got the hook up lol. We wanted to sell our townhome and move into a single family home ASAP. We have a 2yr old and an 10yr old so urgency was key. She communicated with us constantly and always available via calls, text, emails, etc. Our home was on the market for 5 months with a previous realtor with not much activity and with Jackie for 1month we got so much traffic and home SOLD and new HOME bought/settled in the same day. Review Amazing!! I would give her a million stars if I could. We were first time home sellers and she made the process a lot easier than expected. Jackie gave us great a great recommendation on a contractor for small fixes we needed to get the house show ready and she took care of everything after we accepted the offer and had to fix things in the home inspection. We were looking for a single family, detached home to rent and Jackie was the listing agent. She was very professional and helpful. When we needed to move again a year later but were not ready to purchase a home, she helped us find an apartment complex that allowed a short-term lease and a dog.
