ZillowVERIFIEDJackie helped us buy our first home. She was very knowledgeable and helped us through every step of the process. She pointed out defects in homes since we did not know exactly what to look for. She was patient and comforting while looking at house after house and even brought us lunch on our moving day. We will definitely be referring our friends and family to Jackie and we will use her again if we buy a new home.

We could not have asked for a more pleasant realtor and assistant! Always responding in a timely fashion and keeping us updated. We greatly appreciate it! God bless both of you! We are officially 1st time home owners!!!Jackie was patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, always looked out for our family's best interest. We definitely recommend her services. ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a realtor that you can count on that will make the time to assist you no matter how busy t get are. ..JACKIE MACIAS is the top realtor you are looking for! There is not one single regret that we have in choosing Jacie. She is absolutely an amazing agent that will give you more than 100%. Jackie is a very busy woman but I was so impressed that no matter how busy she was she always made time for us plus she has an outstanding assistant Marlou that is always available during the work hours to assist you as well. Jackie showed us viewings of homes all around the outside of Houston and some homes were an hour and a half away and never hesitated the drive. She was always willing to go the extra mile to help us find out home. We worked with another realtor for one month before Jackie and we were not satisfied because she never had the time plus it seemed to bother her to drive the distance and all homes were around the Houston area. I then came across jackies name and picture on zillow. I started reading her reviews and I liked what I read so I gave her a call. I got a very good impression of her over the phone. I immediately liked her and she left me with a smile on my face after hanging up with her. I told my husband Jackie IS THE ONE that is going to find us our home!!! So she did! We now have a place to call home and there is no way that we could have some that without jackie! Thank you Jackie for all the extra work you did to find us our home. Honestly, it was even in the midnight hours tjat Jackie was emailing us contracts so for a fact we know that she worked way past her work schedule. Anyone reading this, call Jackie if your looking for a home. You won't be disappointed. When Jackie called us with th news that they accepted our offer on the home she was just as excited as we were. She shared that happiness with us. Not only do we consider Jackie as an amazing realtor and the number one best but we now consider her a family friend!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the 3rd time we have used Jackie as our realtor. 2 as a buyer and 1 as a seller. She is the best. Always on top of things, and is very in tune with what we were looking for in a home. She also doesn't just sugar coat things to make us happy. If something is wrong, she's not afraid to tell us what she thinks. That really helps, because during the buying process, buyers get excited and overlook things because they like a property so much. Jackie kept us on the level at all times, which helped us twice choose a great home.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was very knowledgeable with the my home of interest and the area. She took the time to see the area and provide feedback since I'm a first time homebuyer. Jackie was informative and was always responding when I would reach out to her with requests. I feel Jackie did so much and it felt like I was her number one priority even though I'm sure she had many customers at a time. Jackie will make you feel like you're the number one priority every time you call.

ZillowVERIFIED She sold my house in 5 days! She was very accessible. She made the process look easy. She was really fast with the changes to paperwork. She was very helpful when the house had to be re-inspected because of the floods in Houston, and everything turned out ok.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie carefully listened to the specific desires we had for our new home. She was very patient and genuinely interested in finding 'the home' for our family. Unable to contain myself in searching for houses myself, Jackie was always willing to schedule viewings of listings we sent to her and in addition would show us houses she chose herself. Needless to say, she found our home. I strongly recommend Jackie to friends, family and to the nervous first time homebuyers. She is very knowledgeable, confident and understands the market which makes her an exceptional agent. She made our house hunting a pleasant one.
