For the second home buyer, I am a full-time Realtor® who previews lakefront properties in the area and will do virtual tours of properties, saving you time, money, and fuel. Jackie went to bat behind the scene with myself being a young 20 yr old. Cheyenne did a super great job, she was my realtor since I was buyer. They were helpful when I needed to change lenders due to my pre-approval not being approved with 20% down and a credit score in the low 700s. Their knowledge of the local banks and a quick response allowed us to get our pre approval letter to the seller on time. If it wasnt for that first step detail, I would have lost my opportunity. Iam are extremely happy with how it went. They even contacted the HUD office to ensure I was on tract to completed the needed counseling being a first time home owner.
