A friend recommended Jackie after we looked at a home in North Topsail. My impulse was to make an offer, but we wanted someone with local knowledge and experience to work with. We got that and a whole lot more. She knows good from poor construction when she sees it, and she knows the market. When she looked at the house she pointed out several significant problems that would turn into major projects that were not previously obvious to us. I think it is safe to say that she was not a fan. Within a day she found a house a few doors down that was just entering the market and in fact had not been advertised yet. It was ideal for us, immaculately maintained and move in ready. Jackie walked us through the offer, negotiations, inspections and worked closely with my lender to move things through smoothly. I feel very fortunate that Jackie was my agent. She saved me from making a big ill advised decision on the wrong house and found me the right one. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Jackie handled the process of selling my house from beginning to end with dedication. Considering the circumstances surrounding the sale (a hurricane, home repairs, keeping everyone and everything moving forward), I don't believe any other realtor could have navigated the same hurdles. If Jackie can sell a beach house after a storm while repairs are ongoing, she can sell any house. She was responsive, reliable, and great to work with - I can't recommend her more highly. Her guidance regarding staging, pricing, and negotiating proved to be effective! If I ever buy (or sell) on the coast again, she is the only realtor I will work with.
