Jackie helped us with the purchase of a home in 2020 for $470k the house at the time was listed for $499k and she advised against my suggested offer of $470k that the seller ended up taking. In 2024 the same home was listed for sale due to a court order. Jackie listed the home at $700k and gradually lowered the prce to $530k and gave the buyers agent a $13k credit. She was unable to handle communications between the two parties on the sellers side and seemed to be outside her scope with the price point on this home as she mostly represents homes in more affordable neighborhoods ranging from $200-$300k. It showed and we ended up taking the cash offer vs letting the house sit any longer afer 6 months of being listed.

Carmen and Jackie were both recommended by my lender, and I am completely satisfied with their work! They are amazing! Throughout the home buying process, I got the sense that they both cared more about my happiness with the home rather than just getting a sale. Whenever my fiance or I made the distinction of what we were looking for they made sure that every house following fit that criteria. Not to mention my entire house hunting process took a total of only two months. I bought my first home with Jackie & Carmen as my real estate agents. Overall, I think my buying experience was as painless as it could have been. Buying a house is complicated in terms of paperwork and process, but they did a good job at explaining everything to me along the way. The house closed in a little under a month after the initial offer, and we closed 3 days earlier than planned. Ill eventually sell this home, and if I do I would probably use them as my agents again.
