Not only is the team made up of top notch professionals who are knowledgeable in their field, each person does his or her own part to put the customers needs first. When the Jackie Ellis Team sold our home, Jackie Ellis used fair market analysis to development an asking price that proved fair yet competitive. The home sold within two weeks. I have heard horror stories about other real estate companies setting a home asking price starting out artificially high, the home stay on the market for months on end, while the price drops with each passing month of non sale, as potential buyers begin to wonder what problems the home must have! This is NOT TRUE with the Jackie Ellis Team. They do EVERYTHING right. I was interested in selling my home in Boca Raton. I had it on the market previously for almost one year without even an offer.When I contacted the Jackie Ellis team I was hopeful but not confident that my house would sell.Within 6 weeks time I had 3 offers on the table and one was very close to the asking price.
