We reached out to Jackie a year in advance and had a great connection from the first meeting. She was patient, thorough, and never pressured us. She checked-in often without being overbearing and made herself available anyway she could, even if it meant checking out a house herself first when we mentioned we liked something. When it came time to finding and buying our first home, we honestly could not have done it without her (and her amazing squad!). Jackie was our confidante, advocate, and MVP. ZillowVERIFIED Back in November 2017 when my husband and I were toying with downsizing, we came across a property that interested us. We called the listing agent and made an appointment. That agent was Jackie Davis. Even though that house did not end up working out for us, everything this professional, inviting, honest agent did during that showing instilled the confidence that she would represent our best interests. My husband and I got in the car following that showing and knew we would be calling Jackie to be our agent. It was evident that she loved her work and would do everything possible to help us sell and buy. We had a few personal issues that delayed our process for almost two years, but Jackie hung in there with usaEUR|she checked in at appropriate times and was very respectful... and in October of 2019 we decided we were going to list our house in the Spring of 2020. Jackie was right on top of things and sent her photographer to the house to take the outside pictures while the trees were still in bloom. The photographer was going to come back in the spring for the interior pictures. Fast forward two weeksaEUR|Jackie did her analysis of the market in our area and suggested we not wait until the spring but instead list the house in November. This call came two days before we were heading on a trip out west. We trusted Jackie and it was full speed aheadaEUR|she had her stager in the next day to make some recommendations. We took care of the recommendations when we came back the following Tuesday and the photographer came that Friday and the broker open house was four days later. Jackie was right. Within 10 days we had accepted and were moving forward with one of multiple offers. My wife and I truly felt that Jackie was an extension of our family, and can't recommend her highly enough. I had rented several apartments/homes through Jackie prior, and have always been wildly impressed with her professionalism and support. We looked at what seemed to be an endless number of houses, as we were very particular when looking for our first home. She was available early in the day and late at night to answer questions, she has an inordinate amount of knowledge for things to keep an eye out for in homes that we would have never considered.. Never once did we feel that she was trying to push us into a home (even when we were starting to feel fatigued by the search spanning 6+ months), she truly had our best interest at heart and that kind of partnership is rare these days.
