ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I just moved into the perfect home, thanks to Jackie! When we accepted a once-in-a-lifetime offer on our home in Hollywood, I was anticipating frustration and disappointment relocating in this unprecedented market. Jackie made the process manageable and her experience landed us the home we wanted in record time without any drama. Her thoughtfulness and anticipation to meet our needs was greatly appreciated, especially since I was househunting before and immediately after major cancer-related surgery. This was my third experience working with Jackie -- that's how much I believe in her! I met her while purchasing my condo, then selling it two years later. She also sold my parent's home and the condo my dad moved into after downsizing. I am forever grateful for the extreme patience Jackie demonstrated while working with my 85-year-old father following my mother's unexpected death. My family and I highly recommend Jackie! ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was referred to me by my sister and she was amazing! She listened to both mine and my husbands wish list, she kept us within budget and when our original mortgage broker wasnt communicating with us she helped us find a new one and the best part was that she was with us every step of the way. I would not only recommend Jackie, but she will continue to be my agent for any new real state need. Thank you Jackie!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Jackie 4 years ago by a friend who had used her to purchase her home. From the very first moment I met her, Jackie was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Jackie was there with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and thoroughly following through on everything we needed. She truly has her client's best interest at heart. Jackie is truly dedicated to her work and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth home buying process. ZillowVERIFIED We have been working with Jackie since we purchased our first home 7 years ago and continued to work with her to sell that house and upgrade to a larger house. Jackie continued to stay in touch with us throughout the years and when we were ready to sell our house we did not hesitate to call her. Due to circumstances beyond all of our control the process of selling and buying our house was not as smooth as it should have been, we had many issues along the way; however Jackie did use her negotiating skills, knowledge of real estate and interpersonal skills to keep things going until we were finally able to complete both transactions. To us Jackie became like part of the family, she was very dedicated to us and sensitive to our families needs and our busy work and life schedules. I didn't realize how dedicated a realtor had to be and how much trust you have to put in them until we went through this process. Jackie is definitely someone you can trust and count on which is invaluable when going through such an important process in your life.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie is a true professional in the south Florida market where everyone has a realtors license and few are true realtors. She stuck with me in my hunt for my next home for 8 months where other realtors quickly disappeared and were never heard from. She is hands on, keeps in communication and goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. After purchasing my new home I had given her the task to rent out my old home and she worked very hard to find the right kind of renter who will not ruin the home, pay rent, an has good credit history. I highly recommend Jackie if you want a REAL PROFESSIONAL REALTOR!!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I hired Jackie Birnbaum with Keller Williams Realty in May 2017 to sell our pool home in W-Davie, as we were looking to downsize and move into a smaller home. Jackie brought a lot of buyers to our home and sold it in less than 90 days. We achieved a great price for our home and were able to move into a new home on time, the transition was smooth and well planned! Jackie is extremely attentive and strategic, a great negotiator. Her experience and professionalism is what everyone should be looking for when hiring a realtor. It is very easy to communicate with Jackie and she makes herself always available to address any issues. We could not have been happier and are happy to recommend her service to any buyer or seller in Broward County."

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie was my agent when I decided to sell my house and buy another one. Jackie was very knowledgeable and experienced. She made this complicated situation a lot easier than anyone could. It was very stressful at first just thinking about what had to be done. to be able to find a house to buy at the same time as finding a buyer for my house and being able to close on both at the same time and have few days to stay at my house until the new house is ready. Jackie assured me that she has done it many times before where she had to time everything perfectly for both transactions to go through and close successfully, and she was right. She handled the situation with such ease that it made me a lot more comfortable and relaxed than when we started. She did her research and discussed the listing price with me, and when the house was listed, we immediately started receiving offers. At the same time she showed us many houses until we found the one we liked. Jackie also helped me in the past buy 2 condos. She is knowledgeable and experienced in the market and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED When we were in the market looking for a house, we started out with an agent who thought he could help. After a few showing, We realized that we were with the wrong agent, I was talking to a friend about my experience, and she gave me Jackie's number and said "call her she's good" I called and schedule an appointment to meet with her. During our meeting I told her what we were looking for, and the area we wanted it to in. After the second showing, we found what we were looking for in Davie. My wife and I was satisfied with the service we got. We recommend Jackie to her and she bought her Sunrise home from her. As a result, we will consult with her for any future purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Jackie was wonderful! It is always stressful to buy a home especially in this market, we were faced with a shortage of available homes to see, everything listed was a short sale but we wanted to be able to get in a new home quickly because our apartment lease was ending. We were able to get the home we wanted in the price range we wanted, the sq ft and number of bedrooms, baths we wanted and with Jackie's help our bid was accepted over 12 other offers. We closed in around 30 days, very quickly and including a couple delays because the seller was out of the country. Jackie is truly a 24/7 agent, was on time for appointments which is important to get into all the gated neighborhoods and was always quick to answer questions and txts.

She managed the impossible with me, Not only did she sale my house but found my new dream home and it all hapenned simultaneous and I was able to go from my old home straight to the new one in 3 months time! She is very responsable and has an amazing work ethic that I have not seen in a very long time, specially here in South Florida. While we were showing the house I even had other real estate agents complimenting me on how good Jackie is. She is amazing!
