ZillowVERIFIEDJackie and Shelbie Top Notch. Jackie met with us she had completed her homework before arriving. She was able to find like homes to ours around the same price we were thinking. We priced to sell knowing there was room to grow and grow it did! She knows her stuff, she makes sure she prices to come in line with proper pricing so you do not have to worry about the appraisal and things like that. She knew and appreciated all the work and attention to detail our house had been given over the years!I hope the young couple loves our home as much as we did. We are sad to leave our family home but excited for our new adventure as well!

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie helped me bought this house back in 2009 and she was so patient with all the troubles we had to go through back then. This year in 2020, we decided to sell our house. Again Jackie and her team helped us to list the house at the right price based on her abundant knowledge of the local area and right strategy based on her years of experience as a realtor. Everything went so well and the house was sold within two days basically at the price and terms we just expected!

ZillowVERIFIED Its was a very stressful process but with her help it was as painless as possible I would say. She was able to give advice on what to get ready for the sale but not insisting that it all be done to sell.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about our appreciation for Jackie and how much she helped our family through this whole process. She went above and beyond our expectations of being a real estate agent. We had to endure so much more than we thought was going to happen during our house being built. She was emotionally there for us and went to batt for us every step of the way. Anyone I know who wants to buy or sell a home I would definitely refer to her. She will make your process as easy for you as possible and do everything in her power to get you what you need. Our whole family absolutely loves Jackie and can't thank her enough for all her hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED Jackie went above and beyond to help me sell our house. There isn't anything more I could of asked for she secured my rental and brought the home up to showing quality. My renters had done some damage and I live over 100 miles away. Jackie volunteered to take on lining up all the contractors to fix the house up and at a reasonable price.

ZillowVERIFIED This review is long overdue. Jackie is amazing at what she does. Not only did she find us our townhouse 5 years ago but she recently helped us sell it and purchase a new house for my wife and I. Jackie was always there when we needed her, she showed us houses anytime of day and she made sure we actually loved the home before buying it. Jackie is not the type of realtor that pushes a house on you, she wants you to find a home that you love, no matter how long it takes or no matter how many houses you want to see. She is the perfect realtor because she will tell you honestly and openly what she thinks and something like that is rare. Most people tell you what you want to hear. Jackie is a very down to earth type of person who values your opinions and wants to make you happy by finding you the perfect home. Because of Jackie's professionalism and can do attitude she will be our realtor for many, many years to come. Thanks again Jackie for all that you do.
