Not even two days later, we heard the seller accepted aEUR" with some of our demands for repairs, all of which masterfully negotiated by Sharon. During the inspection period, she advocated for us and our needs and wants. And when repairs weren't made, she made sure the seller knew about it. Thanks to Sharon, we found the home wanted in what seems like record-breaking speed (we were moved in less than a month after getting the process started).
