For us she was particularly helpful on three things 1) She was always available and spotted potential issues which a non expert would not find. For example bc of her experience she could remind us that for new builds any adjustments, we shd make sure they know of earlier. These priorities and specific timelines in the local market, only an expert could help on. 2) She went above and beyond and was available for an independent advice when we needed it. This was particularly important after having the accepted offer. In other experiences, I didn?t have nearly as much help afterwards. We felt we could really lean on help for any questions we had that sometimes lawyer bankers and inspectors couldn?t really help with. 3) She really understands the local Bergen county market. The nuance of that understanding was really useful and hard to find. From schools to safety to weather conditions to traffic to economy dynamics. She is genuine is her opinion to her you make an informed decision. If you are thinking about going with Jacki, you should. Communication was easy (she always answered her phone when I called - or got back to me immediately when she was free), she was so accommodating with regard to getting us into homes we wanted to see, and has a great eye for the difference between a diamond in the rough and a dump! We were first time home buyers, and she held our hand patiently thru the process. She knows Bergen County, and advised us about schools, neighborhoods, and even restaurants! We were looking for a home that needed some work, and her experience with renovations and design helped us find just what we were looking for. From our first meeting to closing (and after), I felt like she made us her #1 priority. I know she had other clients, but it was just crazy how she always had time to answer my numerous questions, meet us at the house before we closed to do mold testing, check and recheck problems with the house, and even connect us with attorneys, contractors, inspectors, roofers, and plumbers.
