Most of them came back and said , they will return you some part of their commission. But they were not ready to be with me by my side during the whole buying process .Jack.. I was introduced by a friend of mine .. was different from the rest. I remember before he spoke to me, he was ready with his home work of what a customer might ask while looking for a investment property. He was having all details of the demographics of the site he showed us, the business prospects - present and future & what not. I took only half a day to make my decision of buying my property.Jack is approachable 24/7. He is a smart worker. On a lighter note he doesnot believe in TGIF. If you want to talk to Jack, You dont have to think about the time and day .. just pick up the phone and he will be there the other side. He is very very approachable. We contacted Jack who met us at our property and listened to what we wanted to do. He was honest and up front about the difficulties and told us what other properties were selling for. Jack went to work t sell 19 acre lots. He was able to get 40 to 50,000 dollars per lot in a six week time frame, buyers to pay for surveys, pay back taxes levied by the county as the property changed from agricultural to residential, and installing their own utilities. Jack worked harder to help us sell the property get us cash to retire on.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Jack Stapleton Jr as our Realtor due to his "supposedly" success as "Realtor of the Year 2012" for Williamson County (researched him after the fact and found out that he is more of a buyers agent than a sellers agent). Initially, he did a great job with getting a photographer out to our home to take great pictures and immediately set up an open house. He personally showed our home once and had other agents show our home for a couple of other open houses. When we did get a buyer, it was as if Mr. Stapleton dropped off the planet. We did not hear from him except maybe once a week and it took an act of God for him to respond to our emails and phone calls.The buyers agent sent over an inspector two days after we signed the contract. We did not get any notice of the inspector coming from our Realtor. The inspector knocked on our door and said "I'm here to inspect your home". When I called our Realtor Mr. Stapleton, not only did it take the whole day to reach him, he texted that he didn't know. I spoke to the buyer's agent earlier who told me he did send the information to our agent. After that incident, we did not hear from him until a week later and that was to tell us that the buyers wanted to extend the option period 4 more days. Mind you, the buyers agent did not notify our agent of this until the 7th day of the option period. The buyers agent claimed that he had strep throat and his team was going to handle it. Mr. Stapleton should have kept in constant contact with us but did not do so. Once we extended the option period two more days, we sent the amendment back within 24 hrs to give the buyers agent. I sent Mr. Stapleton a request to confirm that the buyers agent received the amendment and Mr. Stapleton did not reply back until close to the end of the 48 hr period only to say that "he came to work at 9am on a Sunday in which most Realtors do not work on Sunday and just received the amendment." Mind you, most Realtors work Sundays...i.e. open houses, showings, etc... Not only did Mr. Stapleton not respond promptly to our request for confirmation but he let the extra two days go by on the option period before we heard anything else. We ended up extending another two days.Mr. Stapleton caused us hardship because of his lack of time management, disregard for our time, prevention of us signing for a new home, lack of initiative to attain information promptly from the buyers agent, lack of prompt response to our email, text and phone calls.We were confident because our agent told us that we should have closed before Thanksgiving and it is now close to Christmas. Amendment after amendment to extend when we finally had to close, closing was moved three times because of the lender. Did our Realtor, seemed to be proactive during this process? No, we believe all he cared about was making the sale without seeing it through to the end. When we did finally close, not only did Mr. Stapleton not show up to the closing but he has never called or emailed us to see how we are doing or how the closing went, etc. It has been two weeks now since we closed...he just took his commission and ran. In our opinion, this is very unprofessional and there should be a law as to how much a Realtor should truly get based on performance and professionalism or there lack of.In our opinion, Mr. Stapleton may be a great buyers agent but lacks the skills to being a great sellers agent, at least with our property so be aware and don't take the whole Realtor of the Year to heart....Based on our experience, we would not recommend this realtor particularly as a sellers agent. The reviews on Zillow for this Realtor are old and mostly from buyers NOT Sellers so keep that in mind when looking for a Realtor....

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning it was all very professional. I received a postcard advertisement saying he had sold a house in my neighborhood. This was 2009, so that was quite impressive. I spoke with him then and he evaluated my home's value and advised me for free. Due to personal reasons in 2011 I needed to sell, bad economy or not. I decided to short sell my house after talking to Jack in June 2011 and he had it on the market in less than 2 weeks. He got me ready for the open house by letting me know what to do and what to expect. The first 2 potential buyers to look at the house bid our asking price! Short sales are notoriously lengthy, difficult and unpredictable. But Jack has done over 100. So when I wanted an explanation, he had the details. More often, though, I would just get update emails and know things were moving along. My home sold today. It cost me nothing, was as stress free as a short sale can possibly be and every issue that came up was something Jack had talked about and prepared me for. However, my favorite thing about working with Jack was that, 5 minutes after we first spoke on the phone, I said "level with me". And he did. Sometimes the news wasn't great (the bank is taking forever), but instead of keeping me in the dark like a lot of sales people Ive met, Jack kept me in the loop and talked to me like an adult. That's something you can only expect from a true expert.
