ZillowVERIFIED We all know how hectic homeowning can be. Between listing your home, and looking for a new one to buy the whole process feels long and chaotic. However, working with Jack Sheetz made the process a breeze! I cannot state enough how professional he was and responsive about every question we had. His check ins with us via text and call were greatly appreciated as most of the time I was unsure of the process. I would 100 percent work with Jack again, and I would encourage anyone else to do so as well. Jack made buying and selling a much, much better time and I cannot think him enough for not only selling our hold house, but finding us a new one in a crazy market that we absolutely love and for the right price!

ZillowVERIFIED Jack recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home and he was invaluable in the process from start to finish. He helped us navigate the market as first time home buyers, gave honest opinions, was diligent, and eager to help us find our dream home- which we did in Barrington! I cant thank Jack enough for all of his help and expertise and would recommend him to all buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED I?ve worked with Jack before, and once again he was a pleasure to work with and a big help throughout this process. We were looking to buy in a new area - checking out Barrington, Palatine, Algonquin, and Cary. Jack was always ready to check out listings and provided us with regular lists of properties that matched our criteria. His input when walking through home, providing referrals, and asking questions of the sellers was always helpful. He helped us win on our dream house in a multiple-offer situation and we are thrilled!

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer the whole process seemed so overwhelming at first. Jack explained every step in great detail, so we never had any extra stress or anxiety. He went above and beyond LITERALLY all hours of the day answering every email, call, text I sent his way. Jack is the most empathetic, hard working, detail oriented realtor. It felt like he was always looking out for our best interests. I seriously cant recommend working with him enough!!

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was great to work with! Needed a place quickly and he set up showings for the next day. Great guidance on how to put in an offer that gets a sellers attention. I got the place I wanted; sellers even gave me several requests after inspection. The closing went off without a hitch! Jack is knowledgeable about the housing market, calm during potential times of stress, and very responsive when contacted. Highly recommend anyone to choose Jack Sheetz as a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was great to work with during the sale of my condo in Palatine. He was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. After our first meeting, Jack had scheduled professional pictures, marketing material and open houses. Jack always made himself available, day or night, to answer any questions that I had. Most importantly his hard work generated the accepted offer after the first open house!

ZillowVERIFIED After having bad experiences with realtors, it was truly wonderful to find Jack! I met Jack during an open house and he offered to show some house and said if you like my style I will officially be my realtor. I knew he was the right person as soon as he showed me the first house. What sets him apart is that unlike other realtors he doesn?t push the properties on you. Instead as we walk through the house he will comment on the house ? both good and the bad and lets you decide what?s best. He will even tell you if the house is/isn?t the best fit for you, because he takes the time to understand you and your expectations. There were many times I lost on bids, and he would honestly be sad for you and work even harder to find the next house. Jack helped me with both buying and selling. He also shows you some tips and tricks to stage your house to what to do to make the house more inviting when potential buyers walk in. He was there helping and guiding me every step of the way during the buying and selling. He is honest, upfront and very efficient, not to mention easy and a joy to work with. He has your back a 100%. He even helped paint chipped window paint on a client?s house so that the sale of the house goes through ? that is the level of commitment he brings into each deal. You won?t go wrong with him!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We?ve owned 6 homes and this was the best experience of them all. Jack showed us many properties and was available, responsive and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile on research (informing us of future plans for a road widening and rail traffic in a neighborhood) and also after under contract, where he met an inspector and let various contractors view the property on our behalf. Only positive things to say!!! Highly recommend Jack to all.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was very receptive to our needs and his knowledge of the market led to us purchasing a great home in an area we would not have looked at otherwise. He is a genuine guy and I would recommend him to people, especially younger people, looking for homes in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack is the man!!! Especially if youre looking to sell or buy in any of the Barringtons or nearby areas. Listed my house for sale right at the beginning of the COVID shutdown when there was no activity. Jack predicted and saw the uptick in the market before it happened. Took me off the market, new set of photos and the guy hired someone to FLY A DRONE THROUGH MY HOUSE. Constant video was way better than those point and click walkthrough scans...UNDER CONTRACT IN A WEEK. Helped my family find a new home in Lake Barrington and knew the ins and outs of the area. I would recommend him or use him again any time

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I bought our first place and Jack could not have done a better job walking us through the whole process. He was informative, patient and very responsive. I had talked to some other realtors who were tough to get ahold of or seemed annoyed with our questions. Not Jack though. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for someone who is honest, knowledgeable and always keeping their clients best interest in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was an extremely valuable resource to have. He was always available if we had questions and able to meet at a house on a moments notice. He was very patient with us and our 3 boys. At one house he even took the boys out to play to allow us some time to view the house. They would look forward to seeing Jack when we would view a new property. Hes very motivated and sensitive to a buyers needs. We have already told friends and family what a wonderful job he did for us. I would recommend him knowing he would put in the very best effort.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was great!! He made us feel like he was just as excited as we were about house hunting! He was always very helpful and quick to return a phone call or email. Jack sold our home and found us our forever home. The day we signed papers at closing he came back to the house and removed the horse shoe pits we didn?t want in the backyard. This was no easy task!
