ZillowVERIFIED I found Jack knowledgable, personable, and responsive...key attributes of what I think a realtor should be. I had some significant requirements and Jack listened closely and didnt waste my time with options that didnt fit the bill. Moreover, he was attentive to the feedback we gave him on homes that met the requisites, but were just not right for us, allowing him to quickly narrow the field. He gave a great deal of his time showing us homes all over the valley and was always quick to respond via text, email or in person. Once we narrowed the field to the a prospective purchase, I had no doubt that Jack was MY advocate. He smoothly negotiated a resale, which can be an emotional event and left us feeling we got the home we wanted in a respectable deal for all involved.

ZillowVERIFIED Im having trouble writing this review, not because I dont have enough nice things to say, but because I cant really put into words how great Jack has been as our realtor throughout this entire process. It is refreshing to have someone who knows what theyre doing and someone who really seems to care on your side. His responsiveness is off the charts and he makes everything, from start to finish, so easy. It is always a pleasure working with Jack.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was very helpful and patient in helping us find a home. We were buying in the competitive entry-level market, where offers were being placed quickly - yet Jack still negotiated with the seller, saving us thousands. We ended up coming in under budget, with enough money left over for us to renovate and furnish our new home! Jack never pressured us and was always prompt in responding phone calls, texts, and emails. I will recommend Jack to all of my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack is an amazing realtor. We affectionately refer to him as our "family realtor". He helped us buy our first home, helped our mother buy a home, helped our cousin sell his home, and then helped us sell our home as well. He also helped us find a great rental home that matched all of our criteria. He worked so hard for us, and was always on top of everything; answering emails at all hours and meeting with us to accommodate our schedule. We'd recommend him to anyone and everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED 6 Years ago Jack helped my husband and I get a house that we wanted badly and there was no chance of getting it due to the demand of it. He was a miracle worker and really put the time and effort into helping us find a house. He really knows the market and pointed us in the direction of where to live so our home would possibly appreciate. we made bank on our house when we sold and we owe it to Jack. We loved his work so much we went back to him 6 years later to sell our house. He put the amount of effort into it that he needed to in order to sell our house in no time at all.
