Zachary went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He knew the market, has excellent communication skills and customer service was exceptional. He met us day after Xmas and did not have any problem meeting with us during the holiday weekend. That shows reliability and devotion. He was not pushy. He made us feel we have somebody in our corner who would advocate for our interests. He shielded us from experiencing push back from the sales agent at KB. At one turning point during the process, he fixed the problem by squeezing in time to show us the video of the model home we are interested in and this was not scheduled but he made it possible. He made the process stress free. Up to this day he is still holding our hands through out the process by his timely updates. He deserves a promotion to guide new realtors to be like him.
