ZillowVERIFIEDJack was a stellar agent to have on my side through the whole process, as it was my first home sale. He not only knew the local market but was on top of the right steps to take to ready the place for sale. He was always available for questions and was always prompt to answer from initial inquiry to the day of closing. I couldn't have done it without his assistance and guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack made the whole process of selling my home an easy process. Even when there were very minor bumps in the road, Jack communicated and explained what to do very clearly and transparently. Everything Jack explained would happen, happened. Overall a very successful sell and would consider to use Jack's services in the future again.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was great from start to finish. He was able to get my property listed and under contract within days, and stayed in close contact to make sure the sale went through seamlessly. He was a true pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable about both the local communities and the industry in general.

ZillowVERIFIED I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Jack was throughout the entire home purchase process and help me with rental property. From the work he did prior to the exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process, check the potential tenants, He's a true pro. If you are moving to the Chicago area--there is only one realtor to use--and that is Jack Domanski of the Brokerocity Real Estate . He pretty much became part of our extended family . I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. His greatest attribute, "he listens" and then asks thought provoking questions which insures you get what you really want.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacek Domanski is a wonderful agent! He helped my husband and I buy our first home earlier this month. It took us a while to find our dream home, but Jacek stuck with us. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking in. He is not pushy and looks out for you in your best interest. He was with us during the home inspection, final walk through and closing process. Would definitely recommend him as your real estate agent! Thanks again Jacek!

ZillowVERIFIED Jack has been an incredibly helpful realtor the past two years! I own a townhouse that I rent out and each year I hire a realtor to help me find the perfect tenants for my home. I hired Jack because he has extensive knowledge of our neighborhood and experience in leases. Each time he has successfully found great tenants and helped take care of lots of paperwork from afar, as we live out of state. I will continue to use Jack each year when we are searching for new tenants.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack has been an invaluable partner for us as during our property searches. He is consummately available and has been a continued resource as we navigate the real estate market. We worked with several brokers before we found Jack; but have been working exclusively with Jack for over a year. We found Jack to be of the utmost integrity and always willing to go the extra mile for us, his clients. His passion and knowledge of the industry are assets that we value highly and for all the reasons stated above we look forward to working with him for many years to come.
