ZillowVERIFIED Working with Jack was an excellent experience. Extremely professional as well as knowledgeable. He guided my wife and I through the quagmire of home buying and lead us to a wonderful home that we can enjoy for decades. If youre looking for a home, you wont find a better agent than Jack.

ZillowVERIFIED He put the real in realtor. Answered any questions and didn't have a pompous business man attitude. He was genuinely interested in helping me understand the jargon of home ownership and making it plain for me to understand. Replied well to emails and concerns.

ZillowVERIFIED Jacks experience and knowledge helped me sell my home when previous agents had told me I needed to adjust to their wants, Jack worked for me and found solutions that fit my needs. There was good communication throughout the entire process and his presentation was better than other agents I had contacted. Very satisfied with his representation of my listing.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack is a great realator, who is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. He gave us his professional opinion when we had multiple offers. He even helped us when we needed a contractor to have a repair made. He really went out of his way to make everything go smoothly. Can not say we've ever worked with a realtor this good.

ZillowVERIFIED Everything ran smoothly. Jack explained everything in a way I could understand. I had talked to a few others who had JD as their agent and everyone was very pleased with the job he had done. He was so helpful, especially with the closing process.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was the perfect person to work with! He worked diligently to find us our new home and was so personable! We can't thank him enough!! He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule last minute and even drove 45 minutes to show us one home. All with a smile on his face and never a complaint. As first time home buyers he took time to explain everything to us in detail and go over it again if we needed him to. I will always highly recommend him to anyone needing anything in the real estate field!

ZillowVERIFIED Jack was a great realtor. We sold a second home and lived a hour and half away. He helped us line up some contractors when we needed to get some work done.

ZillowVERIFIED Hard-working, knows his stuff. He went toe-to-toe w/ the listing agent on the property we bought. You feel youre his only client. He gave us wise advice, AND, found us our financing. (We had no credit score, because we pay cash for al ost everything.) I cant wait for him to sell our other house.

ZillowVERIFIED Jack listed and sold both a residence in Oshkosh and a 40 acre parcel of vacant hunting land for me. I was very satified with the service he provided with the listing and sale of both properties. For example, Jack had many open house events for the residence in Oshkosh, and the hunting land was extremely wet and hard to traverse but he was able to attract the right client for the sale.
