He responded very promptly to every question throughout the process. Which were numerous from me!!! He was very patient and kind. His knowledge of every aspect was amazing! He was able to negotiate everything I needed with the seller with no hassle for me. He knows so much about houses and potential problems. We hit a few road bumps along the way that were no fault of Izzak's and he kept a positive and professional attitude. There was never a time when I thought he should have done more, communicated differently or done things differently. Izzak explained things and made sure we knew what was going on at all times.
