ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about Ivonne! She went above and beyond the whole way through selling my Round Lake Beach home, all while I was living out-of-state. She kept me updated every step of the way and handled so many details I couldnt manage in-person, from coordinating repairs to keeping me in the loop during showings and closing. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made what couldve been a stressful process feel easy. Id absolutely recommend Ivonne to anyone looking to sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Ivonne Payes after losing hope in my house hunting with a different agent who took me on a few wasted trips, I was referred to her by a family member whom she helped. I was very impress in how quick she moved in getting me connected with the right lender and also getting me pre approved for a higher amount. She paid attention to details and knew exactly what I was looking for and took me to see the perfect home that fit into my lifestyle. She is very easy to work with because of her knowledge and her professionalism. Ivonne kept me calm through the entire process and I'm grateful to have met her, truly a gem!!! This was a very humbling experience to work with her team, they all work together and I'm so grateful I was in good hands on the purchase of my new home. Thank you, I'm definitely going to recommend. So in love with my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED If patience and professionalism was a person, they would be Ivonne Payes. The level of expertise Ivonne showed throughout our COVID home buying process was nothing short of exceptional. Ivonne was quick to learn what my wife and I wanted in our first home, even though we werent exactly sure ourselves. She was able to identify market trends and help us narrow down to the neighborhood we wanted to be in. Patience is not a strong enough word to describe Ivonne. Navigating through a pandemic does not come easy, but Ivonne did it with class and determination. She followed all guidelines and made sure our safety was priority. When we finally found our forever home, Ivonne proved to be a strong player on our side when it came to negotiations. Extremely professional and collected at all times, and kept us in the loop. We are eternally grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Ivonne. Her experience, character and work ethic are exactly what you want when it comes to home buying. Highly recommended, if youre searching for a realtor-look no further!

ZillowVERIFIED Unprofessional. Based on a handful of emails and messages with Tamara I was excited to speak to her because she sounded very positive and enthusiastic about about helping me find some vacant land to purchase. We scheduled a call and I blocked off time on my calendar to speak with her. Shortly before the appointment she asked to reschedule, which of course happens to everyone at times, I agreed, and blocked off a new time. That time came, and went, and I never heard from her again. Our online interactions spanned a handful of days and I simply never received the opportunity to speak with her. I know that because I was in the market for an inexpensive piece of land it would be a challenge to find a realtor who would put in the effort to help given the commission would be low. I didnt expect to be blown off twice without reason. Fortunately I was able to find someone who works with clients of all budget levels and we closed on a property today. I hope Tamaras future clients receive better treatment than I did. Best of luck to all you house hunters! :-)
