ZillowVERIFIED There are many excellent realtors in the Tri-Valley and it was difficult selecting a realtor to market and sell our home. Our situation with multiple pets and some updating needed to properly market our home made it necessary to move to a second home out of state. Ivan proved to be more than a realtor but a project manager for us in overseeing various contractors. His extensive contacts with contractors and his project management skills allowed us to bring our home to market on time and more importantly in the best condition possible for a 40+ year old home. We ended up with $500K over asking with over 35 offers. As stated earlier, there are many excellent realtors and some with more experience than Ivan but I would at a minimum invite Ivan for an interview and a marketing analysis.
