ZillowVERIFIED Thank You for all your hard work, dedication, and efforts in assisting my family with this entire process. Israel truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Between both consistent communication and timely emails, I can honestly say I trust him with every buy and sale in my future. If you desire a Real Estate agent who will not only achieve what the goals set forth, but someone who makes you feel heard and like family, this is who you are looking for. Through every step of the way Israel remained dedicated and committed, I cannot wait to do more business in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Israel is Great at what he does. Israel puts your mind at ease from the get go and that is big for me & I'm sure for a lot of other people. He follows through with what he says he is going to do & is confident but humble in his expertise. I would highly recommend Israel & his wife Mayra of Sanchez Realty to sell your home. Thank You Israel and Mayra. Great job.

ZillowVERIFIED Israel Sanchez is an exemplary real estate agent. His professionalism, approachability and preparation was demonstrated all throughout the selling process. He walked us through every step of the way in an honest and transparent way. He employed a multitude of marketing tactics to get our house sold in a single weekend and was able to get us top dollar for our home. As we've mentioned to him and his wife, Mayra Sanchez (also a real estate agent), who I can also sing similar praises about, they'll be helping us buy a home in the near future and will recommend them to anyone who needs to either buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Israel helped me understand the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns and he took the time to explain the whole process step by step. He was always available, he worked around my schedule, sometimes showing me houses on the weekends. I'm very happy and pleased with my new home and I have to thank Israel for this accomplishment.

ZillowVERIFIED Israel helped me sell a property while being out of state. He made the process as smooth as possible and while we hit a few bumps, it was all on the buyers side. He even helped with the repairs at a great price. It was a great experience to work with him and if I ever return to Vegas and purchase another property, he will be my first call. Thanks Israel!

ZillowVERIFIED Israel was very knowledgeable and helpful with our rental home. Originally the listing had gone to another tenant and he made sure we were informed without leaving our call unanswered. When that tenant fell through he called me back immediately. While inspecting the property I noticed a few minor details that needed to be taken care of. Within a day he had answers for everything and had scheduled cleaning and repairs. He made time to meet with us 3 days in a row to not only show the house to myself but to make time for my husband who works a completely different schedule than me. Israel made our home renting process so streamlined, simple and professional with the courtesy and ease of an old friend. If you want fast, honest service I would recommend him to anyone renting, looking to purchase or selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my first investment home in 2015 and used Israel's services. I was so pleased with his work, professionalism, and attentiveness that I had to use him again for my second purchase in 2018. Israel is on top of his game; he will work hard to find exactly what you're looking for. Even after the sale closed, he proved to go the extra mile for me. I had an issue with my last property's A/C system and Israel assisted me in making sure the additional repairs were done. At no cost to me. I will definitely use him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Israel is very patient and knowledgeable when it comes to the Real Estate business. Also, he knows lots of information about foreclosures. My situation was unique. Israel helped me sell my home in a short amount of time by mass marketing it. I was able to sell my home, pay my mortgage lender, and gain my equity out of the home in a short amount of time. Israel is a great Real Estate Agent.

ZillowVERIFIED If your looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Israel Sanchez. After interviewing several realtors, I chose Israel Sanchez because of his kind professional demeanor. Very hands on, patient, and goes over and beyond. He knows his profession and gets the job done. There are lots of realtors, but I am glad I connected with Israel. Let me add that he sold my house in one day at a good price.

ZillowVERIFIED I've spent about 6 months looking for a property that suited my needs and personal style. During this time I've made several attempts at purchasing properties that failed in the end - //NO// fault of Israel's. After the first two attempts, I had become discouraged and decided to quit. However, just because I gave up, Israel didn't. He continued to work diligently to resolve the issues and was not only able to get me a better property that I was originally requested; he had gone above and beyond during the negotiation process and put in a position to succeed. And for that I am stoked and forever grateful. He was extremely patient, understand, quick to respond, handled all the steps professionally, and never made me feel that my neurotic tenancies were a problem. Not only would I recommend him to anyone else - if and when I decide to move, I will call Israel first.

ZillowVERIFIED Since Day 1 Israel listened to what we were going to purchase for our forever home. We were about to say yes to a a home that we (my husband and I) looked up but Israel said before you place an offer there is one last stop. As soon as we walked inside this home we feel I love, now almost 2 years and we couldn't be happier. He exceeded our expectations, we got exactly what we wanted/needed. I will always be beyond grateful for his hard effort to get us our home. Till this day If i have any questions, he is a text/ call away. No hesitations, he replies. Best and honest person and you really can find many people that will truly listen to what you need.
