ZillowVERIFIED I just moved here from California and decided to buy a townhome. I was lucky enough to be recommended Isidro thru Zillow. It was my first time buying a home with 0 knowledge of what of was doing. He guided me along the entire process and gave me his honest opinion. Being excited to view homes, he made accommodations so I can view then ASAP. All I had to do was view homes and electronically sign documents. I couldnt be more pleased. If I know of anyone that is looking to buy a home in Las Vegas I would definitely refer them to him. I will be looking to grow my family to a bigger home in a few years and told Isidro that I will reach back out. Thanks again!

ZillowVERIFIED Isidro helped me buy a house 5 years ago. He took the time to explain and was very patient when searching for the right house for our family. When I had to relocate for work reasons I contacted Isidro again. He was very knowledgeable in the current price of houses and made sure we didnt sell short. He was caring and would call to give us updates. We moved to another state without the house being sold because Isidro promised it will sell in two months time. It sold in a month and three weeks. He has the best crew and we are very thankful we worked with him. Thank you Isidro.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided that it was time to sell our condo in North Las Vegas. We were really worried that we would have to do a lot of work since we were now living across the country. Isidro and his team made this so easy for us. He dealt with our renters, scheduled all the appointments, handled all the work with the association and literally took all of the stress off our plate. He then assessed the price and within 24 hours had around 12 offers and offers way beyond mine and my wife?s expectations. I rarely give a perfect score to anyone but it?s impossible not to give Isidro a perfect score. If there is any real estate transactions that I may need in the future or any of my family and friends, we will be sure to use Isidro! Thanks for an excellent job!

ZillowVERIFIED Isidro has the qualities that make him a successful and effective broker. I could tell that he showed me integrity and conscience, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase seemed like a small transaction due to the professionalism and courtesy shown in the process that one would expect for a very large transaction. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense style. He gets to the point quickly but professionally, always respecting the clients time. He responds to questions and emails almost immediately. Our transaction went smoothly and we closed on time. He negotiated the repairs presented as a result of the inspection very favorable to us. He represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I also wouldnt hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I was selling a property. I have the highest level of confidence in him and believe that he could sell a property in no time.

ZillowVERIFIED Back in 2012 we hired Isidro to help us buying a house, we found the perfect one and our offer was accepted. This year 2019 we decided to list it, we contacted Isidro immediately but we also interviewed several agents as well. In the end all that was a waste of time, we hired Isidro as he always keeps it real. Agents out there are incredibly aggressive and in order to get your business they promise the moon and stars but Isidro kept it realistic; you cant beat veracity and honesty, that is what you will get with him. Oh but dont think Isidro is not a shark! he sold our house faster than we were expecting. Within 5 days we had multiple offers and accepted one of them. Packing and moving out was rushed! Look no further, he is the agent to go with.

ZillowVERIFIED Isidro did a fantastic job! Not one hiccup throughout the whole process. He made purchasing a home almost feel too easy. Had complete confidence from the start that he would make this deal happen. Never have we had so much confidence in a real estate professional. He made the buying process as simple as could be. He had phenomenal relationships with all parties involved from the sellers agent to our lender and made the whole process run beyond smooth. He is quick to respond to any questions, or help in any way he can. Always on top of everything from beginning to finish. Absolutely highly recommend.
