Honestly cared as if it was her in my position. Did research and recommendations prior to sale to give me a realistic range on selling price and gave me updates when she could. She sold me this house and helped me sell and to be honest it was incredibly easy. Asking price did drop $5000 but it was due to the buyers asking wild things for their solar company when the house was built in 1945... Overall, amazing experience.
