If you signed a listing agreement last week and your agent said they'd "rip it up," I'd ask them to send you a written cancellation signed by both of you. That way you have documentation that the agreement has been terminated. I wouldn't recommend listing the property with them if you've already decided you don't want to work together. It's usually better to address the cancellation first before moving forward

Most condo appraisals are completed within about a week after they're ordered. Depending on appraiser availability and lender processing, the full turnaround is typically 5"10 business days. If this is for an FHA, VA, or conventional loan it can vary as well if its in or outside of escrow.
