ZillowVERIFIED I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have had with a realtor. Not only was she dishonest in her knowledge of the market in the area, she misrepresented her experience as a sellers agent. She made empty promises saying she would do everything in her power to sell my home. Instead she ended up marketing herself at open houses, marketing consisted of Facebook directing people to her personal website where my home was difficult to find. She refused to take calls during the day making text necessary. When she did reply she would address only parts and not answer direct questions. This resulted in me having to ask these questions again. And again as they were important. In response she composed a text saying my texts were making it difficult to do her job and was done so in a very unprofessional rude manner. She caused my family a lot of stress and wasted valuable time. In the end she demanded we drop our listing price 75k or she would walk. She was fired instead.

ZillowVERIFIED Isabella was AMAZING! She held my hand through the entire home-buying process, and I could not have made it through it without her. She advocated for me during the inspection contingency, and was in constant communication with my mortgage broker. Isabella is kind, uber-intelligent, knowledgeable, funny, and professional. She even put a misogynistic selling agent in his place- that made me love her even more! As a single, female buyer I wanted to work with a female, and she quickly became like family. My sister even hired to sell her house and buy a new one. I cannot recommend Isabella enough!

Whenever I found something I wanted to view she got an appointment organized quickly. She is so sweet (I felt a bit bad going to so many places before I found the right place), but she always said she loves her job and loved showing me the places. And if you haven't, you may be afraid of not knowing the process well. It was our first time to purchase a house and we were scared by the process, terms, and even the crazy market. Yet, Isabella Thomas, the realtor made us forget about all concerns. Here're a few noticeable superpowers she brought to the table, which made the process even pleasant. First, she was well communicative throughout the process and kindly explained anything that we were confused about. She assured that we understood each step of the process and jumped in anytime when we needed to clarify something. Second, one of our biggest concerns was that we couldn't visit the houses on our wishlist as we were not living close to the area at the moment. She did multiple zoom calls and facetime for us to make us experience like we were visiting and it was significantly helpful for our decision making with the limited time and resources. Third, her strategy worked really well to win the deal. With her advice, we wrote only one offer to make it work even when the builder received multiple offers in addition to ours. Lastly, she even checked in after we moved in to make sure everything is working well for us, which helped us feel she genuinely cares about our experience. To summarize, you probably can't find any better realtor than her from our experience. 100% recommended!
