ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I really enjoyed working with Isabella. She guided us through the whole process of buying our first US home and helped us find our dream home on the beach. She was always available for questions, helped us understand all the small nuances that are so crucial when buying a home, was great at reaching out to the seller?s agent whenever we needed more information, and helped us through the price negotiation, so we ended with a price that we were happy with. Isabella will definitely be our agent again when the time comes for selling and buying a new home
ZillowVERIFIEDI was very pleased with Isabellas expertise and knowledge. I live outside of California and am interested in finding a vacant lot to help my daughter build a home. Thanks to Isabella, I am now much more knowledgeable about the process.

ZillowVERIFIEDI am in process of determining market conditions for the sale of my home in Mar Vista. A property in Boise, Idaho has increased in value substantially since October 2020, and Ms. Luthje advised me on both properties and timing the sale and subsequent purchase to maximize my ROI. She has proven to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful, going above and beyond to research this very interesting opportunity. I?m impressed with her grasp of the rapidly changing dynamics of this project and greatly appreciate her advice. I am confident Ms. Luthje will handle this project as if it was her own, and recommend utilizing her offices for all your real estate transactions.
