Isabel was fantastic when we connected when I made a request to see a house that was for sale. I was a bit skeptical about realtors in general, since friends and some family members had recently had some bad experiences around this time. But Isabel was wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable and though I had originally planned to be an independent buyer, I do not regret making the decision to work with her. She was very skillful in negotiating some tricky situations with at least one seller and I always felt like she was on my team. Isabel was never pushy about getting me to make a decision and was very available and willing to go out and see multiple properties before we put in an offer. Even after the offer was made, the seller's agent was being a little unreasonable about a minor detail (which mortgage lender I was using) that had changed between the offer and the closing, but Isabel calmly dealt with the situation and was the picture of a professional. I still recommend her to everyone I know in the area who is looking to buy or sell a home and I very much hope that I can continue to use her services if and when I sell my current home.
