ZillowVERIFIEDI had my house up for "sale by owner" for awhile, only because I was undecided who to choose as a realtor, since I was contacted by so many realtors over a period of time. However, when Isa Medina showed up at my door, I knew this was someone special; someone personable, but most important, someone motivated to sell, and at the same time someone intuitive enough to understand the stress that goes along with selling. Only one open house and Isa had multiple potential buyers for me. She also went above and beyond for whatever needs I can think of involving the sale of my house. She had it all lined up precisely, from the photographer, to helping me showcase my house to sell in a professional manner. She was always there for me when I called, and kept the lines of communication open at all times, which is very important to me. I would highly recommend Isa as your realtor to help you sell your home, since she is someone who went above and beyond for me and is extremely reliable.

ZillowVERIFIED Isa was incredibly helpful. She is hard working and found the perfect home for us. It wasn't easy because I had a very specific type of home in mind, and it wasn't easy to find, but she made it happen. She was on top of everything and really helped guide me through the process with ease. I would never hesitate to recommend her to any of our friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Isa is an absolutely fantastic real estate agent. As first time home buyers, she walked us through the entire process from start to finish and always had time to answer any and all questions. Brooklyn is a very competitive market and she knew exactly what to do at every step along the way in order to put in a successful offer. With her experience she was able to recommend other great team members (lenders, inspectors) that all helped along the way. I highly recommend working with Isa.

ZillowVERIFIED Isa has imprinted our hearts foreveraEUR" we cannot thank her enough. Not only did she find us our perfect home, she became our friend in the process. She was always listening to what we needed, never applying pressure when we got cold feet, and a reliable sounding board as we sifted through pros/cons. Her confidence in finding the perfect home for us never wavered, and that reassurance made the roller coaster ride of home searching (and buying) so much more comfortable. We feel lucky to have crossed paths with this incredible lady. Thanks again SO much!

ZillowVERIFIED Isa Medina is a superb, buying and selling realtor. It is unusual to have all the qualities in one person: A tireless, punctual and never-ending hard worker, and, also energetic and very personable with a great sense of humor. She uses her experience and knowledge when discussing the best price, look, staging, and overall feel to sell the house. As the seller of our home, she seems to know exactly the correct price our home would sell for instead of placing an unrealistic price on our home. In addition, Isa was our buying agent for our new home. She made both processes seamless and professional. She was very responsive to all texts and helpful with any questions as a buying and selling agent. No one could match her skills!!

ZillowVERIFIED Isa has been a part of my husband and I's journey for a year. She has been so patient, helpful and supportive. She never made us feel like we were an inconvenience for her and she wanted to ensure that whichever home we chose we "loved" it. We purchased our condo and she was extremely helpful with assisting us with submitting our paperwork. We have a baby and work full time so meeting deadlines can be a struggle. She was there every step of the way, answered every phone call and text. Even after closing she still helped us with setting up our place and getting contacts for us. She is a great agent and now friend!
