ZillowVERIFIEDI located Irvin online. My wife and I were agents in the Shenandoah Valley for a number of years. We wanted someone who really knew the area well and was experienced. Irvin did a great job of figuring out what we wanted and didn't waste his or our time on properties that were not of high interest. We had been coming to the area for 2 years just looking around, checking out houses and land independently. On Thursday we previewed 17 properties on our own. On Friday we went out to look hard at 7 properties with Irvin. We returned to our favorite Saturday, did a hard look over / inspection, and wrote the contract that day. Irvin is superb at knowing the values in the area, all the up and down sides of any area, connected us with a great home inspector. Irvin is just a wonderful person to work with. Thanks to Irvin we got the house we wanted, where we wanted, at a great price. Better yet, the purchase went quickly, easily, with no frustrations. Irvin is exactly the kind of agent we loved to work with when we were in real estate, and believe me, that's a fairly short list!
