ZillowVERIFIED Irma is extremely knowledgeable. I had ideas, but she gave me alternatives. I found the property, she found a way to open the front door. Our transaction was very easy from beginning to the close of escrow.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, I was nervous and wanted to work with a trusted realtor. I am so happy that Irma Velazquez was highly recommended to me because the reviews were all true!Irma delivered and made the process easy and very educational. I learned so much as she answered every and any question I had as it came up in the deal process, and there were a LOT of questions. Irma was knowledgeable about the market rates, performed research and negotiated like a shark. She is so dedicated that she even made the trip personally to see the home, which was 150miles away.I can't wait to buy another house so that I can work with Irma again!

ZillowVERIFIED My sister found Irma on this site. We live on the East Coast and the Condo is on the West Coast. We were totally dependent on our real estate agent. The Condo had water damage. In addition to the repairs to the water damaged area, the Condo also had to be painted throughout, the carpeting torn up and replaced with wood flooring plus countless other tasks. Irma dealt with all of this. Never complained, was always patient with us, was always available, was very understanding and extremely easy to communicate with. Irma succeeded in completing all these tasks in a very timely manner and without commensurate remuneration above the standard Real Estate fee. The best way I would describe Irma is she is a straight shooter, is honest and, most importantly, has integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED Entering the whole home purchasing process was a learning experience. Having had no previous knowledge on buying a house, Irma made the entire process so much more easier. Not only was she great at always answering all my questions, for as simple as they might have seemed, if the question was important for me, it was important for her. When my offer encountered some hurdles, and I thought it would not go through anymore, she came through with her strong negotiation skills. If you are looking for an agent with the capability to use strong negotiation strategies to benefit you on your home buying experience, then Irma is the person to go to. Thank you Irma for making it happen.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I were amazed with the service Irma provided to us. We had been attempting to purchase a home for over a year and had very bad experiences with previous realtors. Irma, guided us immediately to the right direction and followed up with us to provide details and updates to ensure we were going to make this purchase possible. Irma, never gave up on us, she always worked with us very closely offered different options available for us to be able to pull through this purchase. Irma, is an exceptional realtor. Very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and professional. It was a blessing to find her and have her as our representing realtor. I will recommend her to all my friends and family for any home purchase needs.

ZillowVERIFIED As we began our home search, Irma came highly recommended by our local lender. Ive worked with many other agents, as this was not my first purchase, but none like Irma. Irma was very patient and very responsive. She submitted offers quickly and responded to our every call. We were very stressed since we fell out of escrow for our first property (seller decided not to sell), but Irma was professional and kept us positive. She quickly found other properties to show us and we placed an offer on a little house we now call home.Irma ensured that all agreed credits were given. Once title was recorded and Irma went to pick up the keys, she discovered that the Garage door was broken by the seller while they were moving out. Irma followed through with the sellers agent and agreed to give us an additional credit toward the purchase of a new door.Irma served as a great liaison between the sellers, the lender, the escrow company, the inspector, and us. I would be homeless without her. Irma has an excellent work ethic and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in Southern California. She takes her profession seriously and puts her client above all. She exemplifies the true meaning of fiduciary duty.

ZillowVERIFIED Irma sold my property in Long Beach, zip 90813. I would hire her again in a minute. Irma listed the property, sent mailers, showed it to potential clients, dealt with the buyers agent and kept me informed during all the steps. She would tidy up the property before showing it and has contacts to repair anything you may need. This was a three unit property and it needed some fixes. Irma handled repairs for termites (she negotiated a discount), faucets, a water heater, a toilet - she even replaced a floor. She worked with the tenants to schedule buyer walk-throughs and inspections. I didnt have to do anything. There is nothing Irma cant handle. She calls to discuss the issue and then tells you she will send someone to fix it. It was always a reasonable fee and it was done quickly. Irma worked tirelessly to get the property sold, and it took three escrows to do it. None of the escrow issues were Irmas fault aEUR" there were loan requirements that the buyers couldnt meet and they had to pull the offer. Escrow fell out twice.I have several income properties and have worked with many real estate agents, both buying and selling. Irma Velasquez was the best agent I ever had and I will contact her again without hesitation. I recommend you call Irma about any property, as she will be honest and prompt about your situation. If you sign with her she will be dedicated to getting you the best deal.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased with both Karina and Irma's efforts in the sale of my house in Lynwood. I was seeking local expertise since I don't live in the area, assistance in what was necessary to fix up this rather rundown property, and the establishment of a proper market value price: and I received all of those requirements from them. The sale was timely and all issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. I would gladly do business with them again.
