ZillowVERIFIED We got in touch with Iris as she was the listing agent for an home we were interested in. Iris is extremely professional and extremely responsive. She represented both the seller and us (the buyer). She was able to move things along quickly in escrow all while dealing with the complexities of a relocation company. It was a pleasure to work with her. Iris gets things done.

ZillowVERIFIED Iris is a professional from A to Z. She guided us in every step in the process; from marketing the house through all the necessary inspections, many forms we had to fill out, till the last step before leaving. She is a perfectionist and pays attention to details. She answered each and every phone call, and found a solution to any questions we had. She even helped us with few issues we had after leaving the house. I will always use Iris in the future when needed, and I recommend her to everyone who wants to sell or buy their house with peace of mind.

ZillowVERIFIED Iris was genuinely exceptional. I met her at a business seminar that was focused on business and networking. I was impressed with the level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the real estate market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on selling our house, and I'm so thankful I did. Iris's responsiveness was incredible. If she didnt pick up, they always she back no longer than 5 minutes later. We sold our house at 30-30% above our original purchase cost within 24 hours of it being on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Iris was recommended to us by friends who also purchased a house with her. We for first time buyers so we didnt know where to start but we knew Iris was going to be our agent right from the first meeting. We were looking for a house in valley Glen area where the competition is extremely high and iris knew exactly how to guide us through the process. She pointed pros and cons for every property we saw and helped us make more educated decisions when putting offers on houses we liked. We purchased a house with iris exactly in the area we planned and she even helped us get it under market price. We were overseas for most of the escrow process and iris helped us take care of everything while we were gone.Thank you for an amazing service!

ZillowVERIFIED Having known Iris for many years, I couldn't think of having any one else sell my home in Encino. She went above and beyond in marketing my house, making sure that it was seen by as many potential buyers as possible. She personally did every open house to ensure that my house was marketed in the best way possible. After receiving a great offer on my home, Iris made sure that my house closed without a problem, so that I could focus on my next home. I look forward to working with Iris again in the future and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an expert real estate agent.I hired Iris to help me find a new modern home. We went on showing after showing, and we viewed dozens of homes. After looking at every new home that hit the market within my search criteria, I could not find anything that met my needs. Ultimately, Iris helped me find an old home on a great lot in Walnut Acres on which I am building my dream home. Iris' knowledge definitely made a huge difference in my home purchase. Thank you Iris!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and myself hired Iris to sell our home in Calabasa so we could move to Palm Desert. Iris was very professional and we knew that we could count on her to get our home sold. She was very reliable and always kept us informed during the entire process. When it came time to review the offers we decided to reject several offers and wait, ultimately getting a deal where the buyer paid all commissions. We highly recommend Iris as she is highly experienced and knows the local market very well.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I began working with Iris to find my dream home with very specific needs. Iris is an amazing, dedicated and exemplarily women, who went above and beyond the call of duty. As a Agent, Iris helped me through the searching process from beginning to end, from finding the house that best meets my needs and staying within my price range and the specific area of Encino, CA. We started in July, 2013 within this crazy market of limited supply and high demand of buyers, I finally found my dream home. In February, I found the home I was looking for to be close to my family. Its everything I've been looking for and more. Iris was on top of her game with great negotiation skills with the seller agent. Iris is direct and efficient in helping through the bidding and escrow process. If you are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent Iris is your partner till the end. She works with a wonderful team at Rodeo Realty and she has exceeded my expectations. She was there for me every step of the way with continuous communicate during the entire process, not only with the positives part of escrow but even when issues came up during escrow to the very end and addressing them promptly. Thanks for all your help and I now live in the dream home I've always wanted and enjoying it to the fullest. I feel blessed to have had such an amazing Real estate Agent to transform my life into a homeowner. Your the best! Julie Grand
