We found iris on tik tok a couple of months ago and i followed because i loved her energy ! at the time my boyfriend and I were already thinking about buying but wouldnt do anything besides just talk about it. one day i just told my self to set up a consultation to see what the requirements are. Being a first time home buyer we went in with closed eyes not knowing what to expect after the first consultation we felt so comfortable because iris was able to answer any questions we had and we were also prequalified . After that the whole process felt great yes , they were some bumps down the road but iris and alfredo always reassured us that we were in good hands and that they would take care of it ! they did just that ! 2 months later we are now home owners not only are they the best realtors i know they are amazing humble people that really care for you and not only the commision ! would really recommend to everyone !

Starting the house purchasing prices for the first time was very intimidating at first but Iris made it super comfortable! She was very outgoing and patient with my questions. She even sent me an email stating that I didnt qualify just to keep the house as a surprise for my wife ?? I will definitely work with her purchasing my next house!
