She was extremely thorough and honest through the entire home buying process, and she really looked out for us every step of the way. We are from California, and we didn't realize that some areas of Pittsburgh had problems with flooding, so Irene was really good about thoroughly checking every basement and garage to make sure that water damage wouldn't be an issue for us in our new home. Something we never would have thought of, but it really provided peace of mind for us. She was extremely knowledgable about every neighborhood in the South Hills, and she really helped us to narrow down our search to the perfect area for us. As a plus, she was also SO great with our kids when we had to bring them along to viewings and closing. She left an impression on them and made house hunting exciting for them as well! The entire process of purchasing was also extremely smooth and easy - we were able to review and sign documents from our house, and she was there for us every hour of the day when we had questions. She made us feel confident in the process even as first-time homebuyers. Overall, a wonderful experience with Irene! We will definitely be calling her again for future real estate transactions!

She had a ton of great advice for us and pointed out things in the houses we saw we never even thought to ask about. Kept us on schedule for all of our paperwork and made herself available if we ever had any concerns with our offer to the seller and through the whole negotiation process. We had requested a few repairs and she was totally supportive and understanding of our concerns with the repairs we wanted done, making sure we were comfortable with what we were agreeing to when we received the sellers replies. ZillowVERIFIED Irene was fabulous! We were moving from just outside of Seattle to Pittsburgh with only a vague idea of where to live. We contacted Irene about a house on Zillow that didnt work out for us but she took up the task to show us ones that fit our budget, our family, and in better areas than we could find from across the country. Despite the 3 hour time difference, she was always available to answer the phone and advise us if a problem cropped up. She would go out and inspect houses for us and give us honest feedback on what was good or what could be improved on. Once we found the house of our dreams, she fought to make sure we got it for the right price and even managed to get us in a few days early so we could have our first holiday in our new house following such a big move. She truly felt like a member of the family after all her help. And if it comes time to sell, I know we can confidently go to her and get the best value. Being a military family, this is our third realtor experience and without a doubt, Irene knows her stuff and made the home buying process as least stressful as humanly possible. Buying or selling, Irene has the magic touch when it comes to real estate!
