I purchased my first home in the Medford area and when i started, i had no idea what i was doing or what i was looking for but Aaron showed me a variety of all different types of places and talked me through the pros/cons of each purchase and location. Aaron was very helpful and patient and walked me through the whole process a number of times once i finally got an offer accepted. He explained everything to me very clearly (and often repeated stuff) and made sure i understood what was happening during the entire purchase. Aaron was friendly, and knowledgeable and definitely wanted to help me find a place that matched everything i was looking for -not just a sale for him! He took me to a number of places, always fitting me into his schedule even at the very last minute or late at night. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but Aaron was also so fun to house hunt with and made the process really exciting, special and easy. He knew the market well, pointed out things in condos that i wasn t noticing or didn t think about (the good and the bad), and made sure i knew exactly what i was getting into in all of the places we visited. He also has the support of Irene Bremis, who has been in the business for 20 years and knows her stuff really well too and was a good second opinion. I really really enjoyed working with Aaron because he was so invested in helping me find a place i really love, and made sure that i was happy and not just jumping into something. He was with me in every single step in the process, from visiting apartments, to talking to brokers, to the inspection and closing. He addressed all my concerns and was very reassuring during a scary process. He has also been in contact with me years after my closing - offering to help find roommates, or look as comps when I was considering purchasing another condo. Aaron was a huge asset in the home buying process and i wouldn t have wanted to do it with anyone else. He made it easy and exciting and i knew he really wanted to do right by me! He was so easy to work with and i always felt like i was at the top of his priority list! We were 1st time home buyers and Bremis Realty was recommended by our bank... Thank You Leader Bank (who are also fantastic btw)! Being new to the waters of the realty market, one can get quite overwhelmed with open houses, home listers, agents, mortgage brokers and the thousand questions you ll have when looking for your home. Of course, this is expected, but when you have a team of professionals working for YOU the stress seems to diminish and the unfamiliar territory seems less perplexing. I mentioned team because that is exactly what they are. They work in concert with each other so effortlessly, constantly getting answers from one another while keeping you involved. In fact, Michael was ALWAYS available to us... Even outside of the conventional working timetable, often answering our crazy questions via texts/ email and any other platform one tends to use when communicating... In getting to know Michael we felt like more of a friend rather than a customer and that s a testament again to the Bremis Group. It felt great going into open houses with Michael because you have confidence in knowing you have an experienced and caring realtor who is focused on your needs and concerns and not just the sale! Then of course there is the bonus of getting to spend time with him as well. Once you meet him you ll love him. ZillowVERIFIED I would NEVER use this person again. If you do be very careful. She lied to me several times. I have excellent references and a very high credit rating. for some reason she just did not want to rent to me. I suspected this, and just did not want to waste my time. Her option was the best one I was looking at, but I had other options, so I did not want to lose them. I tried to give her an out (easy excuse) , but she kept on insisting that the rental was still likely. after several weeks of being led on, she gave me a bogus -said it was already rented. This cost me the other place & I had a scramble to find a place to live. by the way, 1 week later, she was still advertising the place for rent with several rooms available. I also found out that she has done this to several other people. if she would lie to me about this, (when she really did not need to) then I am sure that she really doesnt care what she lies about. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL if you deal with her
