ZillowVERIFIEDTim & Irena made our purchasing process a pleasant experience. We were not in a hurry to buy as we were shopping for an investment property and were determined to cover all our bases before making a decision. Never once did either of them make us feel pressured or like they tired of showing us more properties. With Irena's laid back approach and Tim's knowledge of the local area as a native himself, we feel this made for the perfect combination to meet our needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Top notch realtor! Irena helped us to find our beautiful mountain investment property. She worked endlessly to show us what the market had to offer us and helped us to make an educated decision on the best purchase to help us achieve our investment goals. Hands down, one of the best realtors I've worked with!

ZillowVERIFIED Irena (and Tim) did a fantastic job assessing the house, suggesting repairs and encouraging us to make needed upgrades. We selected her for her success in this market (top performer) and she delivered! Irena's attention before being selected until after the sale have been consistent and wonderful. During negotiations, Irena was quick and knowledgeable. Thanks, Irena!

ZillowVERIFIED Tim and Irena are a great team to work with. They know the area like it's their own backyard, which makes them perfect for any deal you may need! Whether it's buying, selling, or 1031 exchange - these guys have got your back every step of the way. I highly recommend them if you're looking for someone who can navigate any real estate transaction smoothly from start all way through the closing day when everything gets finalized.

ZillowVERIFIED Irena worked with us to sell our rental cabin. We had some complexities that she helped us work through with a SBA loan. I can't say enough great things about her helpfulness including getting an escrow account established, etc.! This was the second time we have used her and both times we had a great experience. We plan to use her again soon to purchase another place in the Sevierville area!

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with the McCoy team in a total of 5 transactions. In May 2021 Tim showed us many houses to find our personal home in Sevierville. He was very knowledgeable about the areas and homes we toured. He wasn't pushy or overly salesy. Just nice company and a great host on our journey. Irena helped us make the best offer and her communication throughout the closing process was amazing. They are such a wonderful team. I will definitely buy or sell with them again in Sevierville, Tennessee.

ZillowVERIFIED Irena and Tim helped us find our cabin three years ago. We were, particular, to say the least. But, Irena was patient and kept on hunting until we found the perfect cabin for us. We loved that cabin. But, when prices got hot, we decided it was time to sell. Irena directed us to the best asking price and was able to get the cabin sold quickly. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

My parents shared what a great experience they had with Irena and Tim McCoy selling their overnight rental cabin. When my husband and I decided to sell our own cabin, we decided to go with them as well. We couldn't have been happier. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Irena was our main point of contact and could not have been more professional, warm and supportive. Any time we had a question, we received an immediate answer. We were always able to get in touch with someone at any time. Information was always clear and concise, easy for those who are not in the real estate business to understand. Our property sold quickly and I believe it was because of the extensive effort this team made to market our home so well. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Irena and Tim McCoy. We could not have had a better experience and plan to use them again in the future. Less

ZillowVERIFIED I received a call from Irena after I filled out a web form on her realty company's site, as I was looking for a broker to research and show a property I found online. She took all of the details of what I was looking for, and said she would let me know. Later on I got a call from Tim and then had to go over all the same details. He said there "must be something wrong" with the property to be offered at that price, but did not venture to guess or determine what that was. Later that day he sent me a listing for a different property that seriously failed to meet the criteria I had shared (i.e., accessible with a city car), and offered no further information on the property in which I had expressed interest. I replied that I was not interested in the new property and wanted further information on the original one. Neither one of them ever got back to me; it is now a month later. These are both terrible and rude brokers and I advise any serious buyer to avoid them.

ZillowVERIFIED Irena McCoy was pleasant and easy to work with. We always felt that she had our best interest at heart and finding the right property for our needs. She understood the real estate market in her area, which made it easier to make decisions about our purchase. We did most of our looking online. Irena always got back to us on any questions we had on any property we were considering. If I were to purchase another piece of property in the Pigeon Forge Area, I would call on her again. She has gone over and above in helping us get settled in our new purchase. We had a shipment that was due in after we left the area. Irena most graciously put the shipment inside our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Although there was a glut of homes for sale in Sevier County, Irena sold my house in Sevierville, TN. She visited my house, measured and noted characteristics of the property, and gave me a realistic value range of the property. Irena made suggestions, but let me make all of the decisions. When we decided to list the property, Irena staged our house and took professional photographs for the MLS website (this is very important). In only three weeks we had a low ball offer which we and Irena negotiated to an acceptable offer. The final result was the sale of our house thanks to Irena working with all parties to close the deal. She's good.

ZillowVERIFIED Irena helped our family during the purchase of our dream home in The Smokys. Irena was the listing agent on this property but she still took the time to make sure we knew everything that was going on at all times, she showed the utmost patience and had the best attitude during this sale. We didn't feel as if she was just for the seller and working 'against us' as is sometimes the case with some realtors. This is mostly due to Irena being a skilled negotiator who simply brings two parties together for a mutually desired result. We tried to get her to agree to list our home when we get around to selling but she is too far away geographically. We highly recommend Irena McCoy.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Irena on more than one occasion in the past few years. My wife and I really appreciate Irena and her approach to doing her job. She stays current on the real estate market and knows how to use her resources in the area. She also takes very seriously the needs of her clients and does not waste time and effort on things that aren't important. I appreciate an agent that will keep me informed and responds quickly to any questions I may have and knows how to manage the process from beginning to end. That's Irena!
