When we met for the first time, Inna quickly realized we were numbers people and pulled out her computer to walk us through a database she has access to that includes all sorts of details on houses currently on the market as well as historical sales. She was able to send us details about the local market of houses we were looking at as well as use it to help us set the price when we put in our final bid. Inna was available at almost any day or hour we wanted to go look at a house, and always had useful insight and feedback. This was our first home-buying experience and learned a lot from her! During our crazy two-week close, either Inna or someone she worked with was always available to pop over to our future house and let an inspector in. In addition, the support network Inna works with, including lawyers, were also very helpful and accommodating.
