ZillowVERIFIED We bought our home in Budd Lake, NJ through Ingrid in May 2016. We needed an agent to show us the house on short notice and Ingrid made herself available immediately to show us the house. We made an offer and Ingrid processed the paperwork for the sale. Ingrid is a highly motivated and personable agent who knows the local market inside and out. She is native to the area having lived here her entire life. She is a treasure of information and she goes out of her way to make sure that her clients questions are answered and every need is met. He highly recommend Ingrid Zimmer as a real estate agent who will exceed your expectations. Michael and Susanne Day.

ZillowVERIFIED Ingrid helped us sell and buy a house. She was always available to talk and show us houses and was very helpful guiding us a very stressful time. She went above and beyond what we thought a realtor should or would do and we are very grateful for that.

ZillowVERIFIED Searching for my future home with Ingrid was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating through the whole process. Ingrid sent me current listings in my desired price range and area, and was open to book showings at listings I found independently. I found my perfect home in a short period of time and she was very helpful through the rest of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Ingrid was an exceptional agent! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and truly cared about our family and our needs. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ingrid. We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We never felt forced to make an offer. No matter what time of day or night it was, if I had a question She would respond. She is one of the best!!!! Thank you Ingrid!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Ingrid. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the local area. She is also patient. I looked at dozens of houses with her and never once did I feel rushed or pressured to buy something. Her patient and positive attitude allowed me to take the time to pick the house that was right for me. She also was extremely kind in catering to my schedule. I also had a ton of questions throughout the process and she was always able to answer them in a timely manner. Ingrid listens to her client's needs and helps them find what is right for them. She should be the first person you contact if you need to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED After having been through many realtors who did not wish to help me understand what to look for in a home or help guide me through the process, I happened to find Ingrid. Ingrid understood what I needed to know about the buying process and needed to know about the overall process. Ingrid helped me through a few set backs and attempted to fix some of the issues on her own. Ingrid always made time to help me look for houses and answer questions. Ingrid was always polite and professional even when I was frustrated.

ZillowVERIFIED Ingrid was extremely responsive to our many questions throughout the house-shopping process. Her ability to be flexible with scheduling visits made it easy for us to see all of the homes on our list. She was also extremely patient with us as we asked to see several houses within a 20 mile radius (in the freezing cold). We also really appreciated how honest Ingrid was about what we were looking at, who we were dealing with and what to avoid when purchasing a home. Not only did she help us find our new home, but she also helped us get our townhouse rented. She assisted us with getting it ready to be listed and continued to check in to see how the renter was doing even after they moved in. We highly recommend Ingrid to anyone looking to buy or list!
