ZillowVERIFIEDIt was amazing. Over and above what we thought a realtor is about. Always on top of things. Looking out for our best interest. Been a year and she remembered us,exactly what we wanted. Her personality was so wonderful and kind. The house we wanted, she went above all to help us. More realtors need to be like her. We adore and will alway appreciate what she did for us. She has become a good friend. If we called her always so helpful. We have enjoyed working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED India is special at what she does! She is dependable, accountable, flexible and provides timely feedback based on prevailing elements and analysis. India had thorough understanding of the local housing market. We encountered different market elements while out of town and India became our extension in Jackson. India responded in a timely manner on matters of maintenance and assessment. When a local maintenance expert was necessary for a touch up, India already had qualified professional recommendations to make. When the weather was rough, India managed and maintained our listed property to minimize damage. She is an excellent Agent to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED India did an awesome job selling our home. She was easy to communicate with, gave us timely feed back, and responded promptly to any issue we had. We worked with India from a distance and never felt for once a need to go to Jackson because she was always ready to check on our home and made sure every thing was in good condition. Anytime anything needed fixing she opted and got it fixed before we could even ask. The process was long but working with India made it much more bearable. I will recommend India to anyone looking for a reliable realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED India is awesome! She is the most responsive realtor I've ever worked with. I was in a position that I needed to move rapidly and she met that challenge with instant responses and coordinated with the sellers to allow me to take possession early reducing moving coordination headaches. She genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to ensure they are taken care of. Can't recommend her enough! Thanks so much for all you did! Jon

ZillowVERIFIED It was great working with her. She was always so attentive and helpful. Every time I would start losing hope she would be very encouraging. We have have are 3 child on the way and it was very important for us to find something before she arrives. But just when we thought we were not going to find anything India came through for us and we are so grateful. Also, we ran through some obstacles but she was always there doing her best to help and get things done. When you are looking for and agent you want not only someone that is going to help you find a home that is right for you and your family but also something that is going to go above and beyond. This was are first experience going through an agent to find our home and I am so glad it was India because she truly gave us a great experience. I highly recommended her.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a buyer from out of state made the process a bit more difficult. Also not knowing the area and meeting several agents via phone calls was just the icing on the cake! Not! Then we were referred to India and she instantly made our life easier! India was all that we could hope for in an agent. She was easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to find their new home in the Jackson area.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home buyer with no experience or knowledge of how the whole process worked. India was always there and available to answer any and all questions. Any time I wanted to see a home in person she made me feel like a priority by immediately working me into her schedule to show me the house. India was also very honest in letting me know if she thought the home would be a good fit for me based on what I had described to her that I was looking for in a home. India is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I will recommend her to anyone I know who mentions home buying. Thank you so much India!!!

ZillowVERIFIED 5 stars are not nearly enough. 10 stars plus, India is absolutely amazing! She has gone above and beyond in every way possible. Moving to Tennessee from out of state, India's responsiveness and knowledge of the Jackson area were essential in helping us find a beautiful home for a great price in a very competitive market. In addition, she was always happy to do video walk-throughs of any properties that peaked our interest. Stellar doesn't even begin to describe the level of service we received. We immediately felt like valued customers and she was there for us every step of the way before, during and after closing. We trust India implicitly and would gladly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.Thank you India, we couldn't have done it without you!

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted India when we were just looking. She asked the right questions and showed us several places and we ended up finding what we wanted. We decided to list our current house and buy the one she found for us. The process could not have gone more smoothly. She was right there every step of the way with any issues we might have. We had a contract on our old house the day we listed and put a contract on the new one the same day. Closed in a month on both and it was great. She is always available, kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She knows the market and knows how to get things done. We've even spoken with her a few times since we've closed on the house. So if you need a great agent, India is the one. And if you're lucky like we were, you'll probably get a great friend out of the deal too.

ZillowVERIFIED India was exceptional in every aspect of our home search in the Jackson, TN. area.India went above and beyond in assisting, searching, showing, and locating a home that would fit our needs. We are relocating from out of state, and needed that extra-special care from an agent that could assist us on our weekend searches/visits. India was most accommodating, and always available all hours of the day/night to offer advice, and is what I believe to be the ideal realtor.India's work ethic is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, anywhere, that is interested in moving to the Jackson metro area.10/10 stars!
