I recently sold my house in Patterson, and Andy did a phenomenal job. He and his team really went above and beyond the call of duty, as the house needed some repairs and cleaning and I was out of state and could not coordinate. He also coordinated open house showings, but the house wasnt even on the market a month before Andy found a buyer. I received an offer over the asking price, thanks to his diligence.
