At some point she found out that builder started to sell same plan homes with a cheaper price, and she forced builder to do a price match even though that meant she would get less money upon closing! ZillowVERIFIED How do I even start to say how amazing Ina is!?! We thought we were just going to sniff around moving out of state and then of course, we found a house the same weekend! We needed to sell our house and fast! We went from not having one thing packed away or cleaned to pictures up and house listed in 6 days from talking to Ina the first time! She had a professional photographer come in the day after we went out of town to take amazing pictures and we had an open house that same weekend! We were/are out of town pretty often for work so many times she had to go figure out something with the house or make sure someone could get it, she was amazing! She posted our house on every realtor website, app and social media site I had heard of and some I hadnt! She advertised our house on every platform, it was incredible! Throughout the selling process, things arent always easy, but Ina really went to bay for us and made sure we got what we needed, always.
