Imani is on top of things. She is very professional and easy to work with. She updates new listings with me frequently, and many of them I may have missed myself. She is also extremely efficient. At 9:00 pm the night before we decided on touring an apartment, and at 9:00 am the next morning we are touring the place.

Imani is the best realtor I have encountered thus far in my years in real estate. She is meticulous when writing contracts and most importantly, Imani is deadline oriented. Both attributes are imperative when negotiating with Fannie Mae and HUD. She helped me close a grueling Fannie Mae foreclosure. I am sure I would not have closed the deal were it not for Imanis diligence and business connections that went the extra mile to get the deal done. She is responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. I trust the guidance of very few in real estate and Imani is one of that few. I would recommend her to anyone and I will use no other realtor in Illinois.

Imani was extremely helpful in securing 2 apartment rentals for me, and assisting me with the purchase of a home. After renting my first apartment, I felt that I needed more space once the lease was up. I rented the 2nd apartment and after the lease was up, I decided to buy. What I can appreciate is that Imani was skillful at apartment leasing, and purchasing real estate. Leasing can be a stressful event, but actually purchasing a home is far more stressful. Imani's confidence and expertise helped me to navigate stress free thru both occasions (renting, and buying a home). I feel very fortunate to have found a real estate agent like Imani! She is someone you can trust with guiding you through the cumbersome and overwhelming task of finding a place to live. I definitely recommend Imani as a great real estate agent. She has proven on more than one occasion, that she is an expert in her field. She is someone who cares about customer satisfaction, and will go the extra mile. She is the agent you want in your corner, when you are dealing with the complexities of finding a home to love!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this realtor. She's dynamite. I have had terrible luck finding a great tenant for my townhouse. Imani took all the pressure off me by orchestrating the deal from beginning to end. She conducted the backgrounds, verification of employment and credit checks. She also did the walk thru and the delivering of the lease. I didn't have to do anything but hand over the keys. She is a MUST HAVE in any landlord's Google Drive account. Awesome, awesome and more awesome!

I am very happy to share my thoughts about Imani Garrett because she was extremely helpful, always available, willing to talk, listen, or meet. The help that she offered showed up on several different levels. Initially she was comforting, assuring us that she understood this process very well, and will answer all of our questions, which relieved us of many concerns. At another level she was able to give us experience based advise, on negotiating our offer, astonishing close to what the seller agreed to. Then there was her ability to be with us as we interacted with crucial individuals: the inspector, the seller, and the lawyer. She skillfully served as a buffer for us with each one, representing our concerns, clarifying our sentiments, and protecting our interests. And finally she helped us process all the components of this experience. They were displayed to us at the end exactly as she had explained them to us at the beginning. It was a perfect, logical puzzle whose completed picture showed up as our new condominium. Thanks Imani. You were amazing.
