ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an amazing experience working with Illana on the sale of our home in Parkland, Florida. She handled the entire process with a high level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail. We received a full asking price offer and closed smoothly within our exact timeline and parameters, which really speaks to how well everything was managed from start to finish. Communication was consistent and clear throughout, and we always felt informed and confident in every step of the process. She was incredibly thorough, transparent, and proactive; everything youd want in a realtor. Couldnt recommend her more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Illana was an amazing realtor to work with. She was so dedicated to helping us find the perfect home and she was relentless in her search. After we found what she wanted, she helped us negotiate and have a realistic expectation of pricing for the area. Her knowledge of the area, comps, schools, businesses, etc., was above par and became an asset to us. We will continue to use her in future purchases! Thank you Illana for making my familys dream a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED Illana is the best agent Ive dealt with in my entire life. She knows her business and deals with everyone with respect, urgency and, she is goal oriented. She is always early for any appointments and provides you with precise communications of every phase of the transaction. It appears that she must have several checklists that she operates with, and I think that with her experience she must have many of them memorized. Nothing is left to chance. She plans for various scenarios and is constantly ahead of any unpredictable outcomes. My house sold in 5 days, and we had multiple offers in as little as 2 days. If you want to list your house, have a problem free experience in the shortest possible time, and deal with a true professional in the industry then Illana is your agent. Thank you so much Illana.

ZillowVERIFIED Hands down the best experience I?ve ever had. I move around a lot, all over the world and I?ve used many realtors. I was looking to relocate from NJ to Florida and I asked my local agent to refer me to the best agent that she knows in Florida . This is how I was introduced to Illana . To purchase something in this crazy real estate market you have to be really quick and have someone creative and that you fully trust on your side. Illana did many virtual showing for me and was very prompt at acting to get me what I want. Illana is honest, deeply knowledgeable and very resourceful. She knows her market intimately and has great negociations skills. This was the BEST experience ever and she made it enjoyable and exciting during a very stressful time. Thank you Illana for all your hard work! We love our new house !

ZillowVERIFIED Illana Cohen is by far the best agent we have had contact with over our 40 years of buying/selling/renting real estate. We have nothing but praise for her efficiency and work ethic. She is extremely personable and dynamic as well. After working with several other agents , one who gave our tenant the wrong contract and we were unable to sue for damages, Ms Cohen was recommended to us. This year, for the 4th consecutive year she has helped us through the process, gathering necessary legal and financial documents of tenants and guided us for pricing our home. The initial inventory and final walk-throughs are always conducted carefully and our years working with her have been very successful.

ZillowVERIFIED As an attorney of over 30 years New York City, I have met many a realestate agent through my business. Illana Cohen was by far one of the best that I have ever met. She assisted me through every step of the process, responded quickly to texts and telephone calls that I made and helped me get through what was a mostly unpleasant situation during COVID. She assisted and advised me throughout the negotiations with grace and style. A lovely person in any situation. I would give 6 stars if there were! Thank you so much...

ZillowVERIFIED I am delighted to write this reference for Illana Cohen, for rarely, if ever, have I seen such a devoted, hard-working, reliable broker. In our 44 years of marriage my husband and I have owned 6 different homes and have dealt with a variety of agents. But none has striven as selflessly to serve us, advise us wisely, or could instantly put us in contact with other people whose services we sought (i.e. insurance brokers, photographers, etc) and this over a number of year. She has even stepped in to provide precious assistance when someone appropriated our identity and fraudulently listed our home for sale on Zillow. Ms Cohen was born and raised abroad, is perfectly bilingual in French and English, speaks Spanish and Italian as well. Thus, her much-appreciated multi-cultural perspective. Extremely personable, blessed with natural charm and beauty, it has been a pleasure over the years to work with her and follow her advice. She has steadfastly refused to accept any gifts or gratuities offered her when we felt circumstances warranted them and this is representative of her unshakable work ethic in general.

ZillowVERIFIED Illana is the best! She is a rare realtor who is extremely honest and forthright. I was blown away at the speed with which she keptA the showings organized despite our short notice to see multiple homes within a short time frame. Her professional experience and local knowledge along with her charm made the entire experience easy and fun. In all situations, she displayed calm, out of box thinking and her sense of humor helped a lot during negotiations. It is a mystery how she could make me feel like her only client. Prompt replies, multi tasking and last minute changes to contract terms......everything gets done efficiently and she stays on top of all the deadlines with timely reminders.A She is absolutely amazing and brilliant!

ZillowVERIFIED i had the pleasure to consult with illana regarding the sale of my home. two things stand out: first, illana is direct, forthright and honest in her communications. this manner of conducting business is very rare among realtors; and its value would be difficult to overstate. second, she brings a unique perspective. she offered a number of useful ideas for staging and marketing my property which no other broker (among the several that i consulted) had suggested. so high marks for creativity and intelligence. five stars across the board.

ZillowVERIFIED Illana is an extremely intelligent, multilingual, detail oriented, resourceful and professional agent who genuinely cares about her customers. She does an impressive amount of research for any homes you might be interested in and she has all the data points on her finger tips. She listens with total attention and does not hesitate to voice her own opinions where it counts. We gave her a very short notice and sometimes last minute changes but she took everything in stride while ensuring that we were shown not just what we wanted but what we might have missed out on. She is very prompt in answering each and every email/text/phone call. She stays calm and solution oriented even when there are difficulties and issues that arise in a transaction. One never realizes the seamless well coordinated viewings that she manages require coordination between 3 different parties and demonstrate her excellent time management skills. We would hire her in a heartbeat all over again! She is an extremely honest and wonderful person who treats you like a millionaire.

ZillowVERIFIED Illana is truly the best real estate agent I have been in contact with! She has huge knowledge of the South Florida market, is very familiar with the house buying process and is extremely honest and transparent. Also, she is super responsive, which is really important during real estate transactions. Our transaction was very difficult from all standpoints (i.e., difficult sellers agent, lengthy escrow period, inefficient mortgage broker) and she helped us navigate through the process very smoothly. Without Illana, we would not have been able to buy our house! I cannot recommend enough Illana!

ZillowVERIFIED Illana struck me as a highly professional real estate agent and a person who has class. She solved every problem I got along the way (while buying the property) by thinking outside the box. Illana is so dedicated to her clients that day or night, she is answering your questions right away. You can immediately feel important when dealing with her. You know that Illana is trying her best to suit your needs no matter how many more clients she currently has. Acting proactively is one of her strongest professional traits. As Illana's client, you don't have to worry that something might be omitted/not done. Every step of the way, she will provide you with a clear and precise road map so that you can think in advance and watch her do things outlined earlier. Knowledgeable and courteous, a pro at negotiations, Illana delivered an excellent deal for me. I have dealt with many real estate agents but my experience with Illana was absolutely exceptional. I would highly recommend her to anyone as she's simply the best!
