ZillowVERIFIEDIleana did a fantastic job of helping us from finding the piece of property, facilitating the home buying process and ultimately closing on the house of our dreams. She was with us every step of the way and going above and beyond several times to ensure a smooth transaction. Her years of experience really showed and her knowledge in all aspects of real estate acquisition were a huge asset. Could not recommend her service and expertise ENOUGH - She is a fantastic real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing!!! I met Ileana when my oldest daughter started college and she was my realtor. Over the last 18 years she has closed probably 12 plus properties for me. She is very thorough, honest, finds just the exact property for your needs. She will guide you through the entire process. My girls loved her and knew they could call her at anytime when they were in school. She knows what is available , she stays in your price range and I never waited over a week before she found a house or condo or apartment complex for me to buy or a buyer for those same properties. She is the best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ileana did an excellent job in selling our house. She was very knowledgeable of the market and was an excellent guide through the process. We had used Ileana 19 years ago when we purchased the home and were impressed with her then. WE were equally impressed with her in selling the house. She did a masterful job in negotiating the sale and was able to keep the negotiations going to a final successful conclusion. Ileana provided excellent help in locating and purchasing a new residence. She helped locate a neighborhood and a builder and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend the service of Ileana.

ZillowVERIFIED Ileana was fantastic to work with both buying and selling our home in Tuscaloosa in the Midtown Village area. Her best characteristics are her ability to communicate at any time with clients and her ability to feel the market. She has so much knowledge in the real estate area in tuscaloosa because of how many people she works with. We sold during the Covid19 pandemic and she still had her finger on the pulse and was able to give good advice on whether to sell or wait. We appreciate her candor and advice.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Jones is a very patient lady. She looked after our house in details and gave us many advice to improve the chances to get our house selling more quickly. Since we are not in Tuscaloosa most of the time, she is willing to take care of our house. We appreciate that very much.

ZillowVERIFIED Ileana listed our home and sold it quickly. We have worked with her on several homes and she is a true professional. She kept us updated on showings and gave us feedback afterward. She always returned our phone calls and answered our questions in a timely manner. When we accepted a contract, she followed through with the title company and kept us on track until the property closed. She is a 5 star realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I enjoyed working with Realtor Illeana Jones. She is professional and easily approachable. She is knowledgable and resourceful. Quick to reply to your calls and answer your questions. Fair to both buyer and seller. I was glad to have her as my agent to sell my house. The whole process of selling and negotiating was done very efficiently and tactfully. I STRONGLY recommend her name to everyone to have her as their buying or selling agent of their house. I can say without any reservation that she will be as dedicated to working for you as she was with me. So please contact her before calling any other Realtor. She will take your heavy burden of selling or buying your house and will do an excellent job for you. Thanks

ZillowVERIFIED Ileana was a pleasure to work with. She was on top of helping us get all of the necessary repair items done around the house, (we are out of state), as well as actively showing the house. She also communicated very well and that was a big plus.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a first home buyer. I enjoy the experience of shopping a home with IIeana a lot. I contacted couple real estate agent in the beginning of this process. IIeana showed me her professional and knowledgeable in the field of the real estate in Tuscaloosa. After two showings, I decide to use IIeana as my buying agent. She will provide a lot of options with realistic data for every property, rather than pick up the property for you. I'm someone who knows what I want, and I like this way. The communication with her is extremely efficient. She will respond to you with her professional suggestion almost immediately. She is brilliant and enthusiastic in this business. I will highly recommend IIeana Jones to any of my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend Ileana. I've already referred her to two other people! Very knowledgeable as she herself as bought, rented and sold real estate in the area over the past 20 years. Put me on touch with all of her local contacts for real estate maintenance which are just as terrific. A great agent that goes above and beyond. What's is really unique about this transaction is she sold it to me virtually through FaceTime as I am located in another city and state.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I moved from Iowa to Alabama. My local realtor in Iowa called multiple realtors in Tuscaloosa and interviewed them for me. She chose Ileana due to her high amounts of education and the fact she handles purchases and leases.Ileana helped us recognize what we were looking for, and found us homes from across the country. We flew down to tour the ones she had picked out, and we had three homes to make offers on for our flight home. We are now settled into our home, after everything went very smooth and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Five stars, plus! Ileana is truly exceptional in every way. While driving around looking for a home in a good neighborhood, we found one we liked and called. Ileana was there to show us the listing within 20 mins, but had other listings lined up as well, including one that Ileana thought was a great buy for the same price. We agreed and put in an offer immediately, which was accepted. Ileana continued to help us throughout the buying process, meeting inspectors, offering advice even after closing. We are so grateful it was Ileana who responded to that first call. It was fate and good luck that lead us to her! Thanks to Ileana we got so much more home for our money than we ever imagined, and in a gorgeous neighborhood we had not known about....North River Yacht Club.

ZillowVERIFIED Ileana did an outstanding job in collaborating with us from our first discussions framing our offer, during the negotiation period, and with our lender to finalize the financial details. Making it all the more remarkable, Ileana did this with us while we lived and worked out of state; it was a tremendous convenience to have a well-connected and respected professional coordinating for us locally, one I could trust to manage the details while our focus was split among the other hundred things involved in moving our family to Alabama.I value two things most in a professional and those are attention to detail and responsiveness. Ileana exemplifies both and I would urge you to consider reaching her for assistance in your real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Ileana is a go getter. She has sold 3 of my homes and every experience has been wonderfully. One of our properties was sold within 6 days of listing. She is constantly thinking of the perfect purchaser for your home. She doesn't mind calling a former client if she has a house they may interested in. Would highly recommend her to any future buyer or seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Ileana showed great patience and at no time did I feel pushed on this very important decision. She worked with my wife and I for 6 months. I would class myself as a difficult client who wants everything for nothing - a agents worst nightmare. We even looked at homes the day after Christmas and New years. Even with this Ileana showed a very high level of professionalism and I certainly would recommend her as a agent to anyone wanting property in the Tuscaloosa area.
