She makes herself available, even on weekends, and works around your schedule. She has great connections that can help you get the best deal, and shes incredibly patient throughout the entire process. We started working with her a full year before we bought our home. She guided us through improving our credit and getting our finances in order. It definitely wasnt an easy journey, but every step was worth it in the end. ZillowVERIFIED Huge Thank you to Ileana, Carlos and Team! Ileana and Carlos are very well-known realtors in Lincoln village where both my husband and I both grew up. We were looking to do a refinance on our property in Carson & looking to sell our property in Long Beach. We were having issues with the lender for the refinance, so we were looking for other options. Something kept tugging at me to call Ileana, so I decided to give her a call on Monday. That weekend they happened to be having an open house in Lincoln Village, so I went in to speak to them and Carlos was there. He welcomed me automatically and told me to call Ileana and they would come by to discuss the issues we were having. They both came by in the evening and listened to what had been happening. They made a few phone calls and by 9 pm that night we were assured that they had a few options for us and assured us we would have a refinance loan approval by due date. Immediately we felt our worries literally lifted off our shoulders. We knew at that point we were in good hands with them and their team. After securing our refinance and closing that issue we took them over to our property in Long Beach. They gave us advice on what to do to our home before putting it on the market to sell. Their guidance, communication, positive attitudes and strategic timelines helped tremendously in making the sale of our home a huge success!
